We are very happy with our purchase of Dustin. Dustin quickly mapped the bottom floor of our house. My wife and I like the feature of being able to zone out certain areas of the house. Like our cat bowls, our bathroom with small carpets, and around our recliners. It does a great job of vacuuming our house. It’s very smart. Once it’s done he heads back to the home base. We had an I robot for a few years. Dustin does a better job, hands down.

Doesn't bother the cats much (except for when it self-emptied-very loud). Have to pick up cat toys before it cleans. I have long hair that gets wrapped around rollers, but it's very easy to remove and clean the roller with Dustin.. I've only used it twice, but so far so good.

Loved that it maps the whole house, Brat feature is that you can schedule it to clean multiple times in a day. I have a black lab and he sheds a lot the bin gets full before it is time to empty. So now I a have it set to clean morning and night. The only thing I do not like is that when the bin is full it keeps going finishing the job. Wished it would empty bin then return to finish vacuuming. I have not used mope feature yet.

I just wanted to try out given the massive discount but sadly this robot is just a very underperforming simple robot. I had a Roborock S5 Max before and may be I had much expectation on Dustin comparing to Roborock. Dustin is just a kid's toy comparing to a Roborock. The suction power is not enough! Battery is just not enough to cover just a 2 bedroom apartment in one go! Obstacle avoidance is not accurate and it destroyed a beautiful ornament! Finally the mobile app is a pure garbage! Don't waste money of you really looking for a performance based robot!

Our Dustin is great! We’re very happy with how well it already cleans, and it’s found its way back to the dock daily. It was very easy to set up and start a schedule. We’re especially happy that it hasn’t gotten stuck or had an error yet, so it seems to be a great help in our home so far.

A lot of time and resources were spent developing Dustin. I like the following features: 1. You can request a specific area in a specific room to be cleaned 2. We love our Dustin, he does a great job at covering all areas and mops on the weekend. Best thing about this vacuum is that it doesn't get stuck under the couch like our last one did. The bag makes cleanup very easy. Would highly recommend if you are in the market

I bought this to replace a Roomba that was old and wasn’t working well. So far we have had a good experience with this vacuum. It does a good map of mapping your house and can you can easily find it and control it on the app. It vacuums and sweeps which is different from the Roomba that only swept. This robot also mops but we are just figuring out how to use that feature. It self empties after each cycle which is way easier than having to do it yourself.
