I've enjoyed using Dustin for the short time I have owned it. I was leary because I was not familiar with the brand at the time of purchase. After reading several reviews, I thought that I would give it a try. I have only used the sweeper feature of the vacuum, but I am pleased because it runs quietly and cleans thoroughly, returning to the dock to empty when it is complete. I am anxious to try out the wet mop feature in late April when we return. Thanks for the free dust bags that I will receive.

I previously owned a Samsung vacuum before purchasing Dustin. I'm pleased with my decision as it has superior suction and rarely misses a spot. While I'm unsure about its performance on carpets, it excels on hard floors. I have yet to try its mop feature, but I'm confident it will meet my expectations.

I've had Dustin for a little over a month and am pleased. I haven't tried the mop feature but do let him do his job every other day. The first problem I had was the little edge brush kept coming off easily, then I would have to search around for it. I finally placed a small piece of duct tape over the plastic square that is supposed to hold the brush on there. I pressed the brush over it, and it has not come since. I love the mapping feature and am able to keep it from entering areas where he would get stuck and the fact that it empties itself!

To whom it may concern, I was given Dustin as a present from my husband for Valentines Day. Best Gift Ever! We have 3 dogs and live in the country, so daily floor maintenance is not a light task. Dustin has taken a huge brunt of the work in not even a month that I find myself with more time to enjoy my family. We have tried two other brands of robot vacuums in the past, and Dustin outperforms them hands down!

The Dustin Robot does an excellent job of mapping and sweeping all of the house in a methodical manner. Having perfect vacuum lines with a robot vacuum is a dream. In addition, I’m extremely pleased with the lack of “aggression” from this vacuum. My past robot vacuum would slam into baseboards, doors, and furniture. The only concern I have had with the Dustin robot is that it occasionally gets stuck. However, you can pull up the map to find its exact location. All in all, I am extremely pleased with the Dustin vacuum.

I love my Dustin. I use it twice a day everyday. It been a game charger when it comes to vacuuming underneath beds and furniture. The mopping feature is also amazing. I do the mopping right after the vacuuming. Thank you for an awesome product. Planning to purchase a second one.

I have had our Dustin for about 3 weeks, and I love it! We have a pet and it does a great job picking up the hair. We use it on both hardwood and carpet, no mop yet. The model can be used on multiple floors. For one who vacuums every day, the Dustin is a huge timesaver!

Easy way to keep my apartment clean! I have a Doberman and get lots of hair all over the apartment and I can easily schedule a routine to clean twice a day, morning and evening. The mopping option works great, no streaks. The vacuum bag does not need to be replaced as often, I got mine about 3 months ago and have not changed it ever since.

I love my Dustin! I have a different brand robot vacuum that I use on the second floor and Dustin is much smarter than that one, with excellent mapping abilities. He cleans my hardwood floors in the kitchen, dining area and front room. With a small amount of setup, he also mops. Funny story, I sent Dustin on a special mission. I have an area in my house where there’s a flat section over a closet and pantry that's over eight feet high, but the ceiling is way above that. I could get a ladder and crawl around on the “roof” of this bit, but I really don’t want to do that. So I put Dustin up there to vacuum that area. He did great! He unfortunately fell off at one point, but he was fine, didn’t hurt him at all. Cleaning that area did mess up the map, but Dustin fixed that on his next regular cleaning trip. Highly recommended!
