The best thing since Mom! As a 69-year-old bachelor working six days a week, I sometimes don't feel like sweeping and mopping the hardwood floors in my home. Since bObsweep has come into my life, I can forget about it, and being able to schedule when I want it done leaves me happy because I get clean floors without all the work.

I have 8 hairy indoor pets. 8. They are a bit much for Darwin... However, it is worth clearing clogs and cleaning brushes to have him. My only wish is that the app/vacuum would tell you when it's clogged. Haven't used the mop feature at all. I like how quiet he is and the app works well. Doesn't get stuck so far.

I always wanted an 'Automated' vacuum, and when Dustin was advertised on Sam's I jumped on it. How nice to come home to a freshly vacuumed home and see Dustin (we named ours Marvin) back in his dock recharging for another cycle. We only have him vacuum once a week and enjoy seeing Marvin out doing what he does.

I have wanted one of these robots for a long time and glad I got the opportunity to purchase one! It does a great job vacuuming and love that it empties the dust bin automatically. It is very easy to set up, to map and use. The only suggestion I would have is to wet the mop pad before mopping and then it does a great job.

I purchased this on a whim because of the reviews on here. It was really difficult to find reviews that were not paid on other sites and there's limited resources on YouTube giving info on this as well. My only complaint for this was trying to get it hooked up to WiFi, if you're not connected to 2.4ghz internet then it's not compatible. After about an hour speaking with my internet company I was able to finally get Dustin up and running. The performance of the robot is good. I like the app a lot and how the map color codes the different rooms. I can actually tell where my furniture and things are on the map so I know areas I need to block off. I do not plan on using the mop component. Also, Bobsweep should make it easier to buy replacement bags on sites like Amazon. I ordered some that I think are compatible, we shall see.

I bought this bOb- Dustin on sale at Sam's club, I am very happy with the way he cleans. My wood and Laminate floors have never stayed so clean. I have him clean in the evening in case there is a problem, but there have been no issues. The sales price was wonderful.

Bought two of these about a month ago. Currently used one. It does both vacuum and mop with great results. Battery life is good for cleaning the house (about 1200 sq. ft) once. The app needs more work though. You can only select one area each time instead of 2 to 3 areas. Hope battery will last. Overall quite quiet compared to other similar cleaner that I have.

I'm very impressed with Dustin so far. I purchased my first robot vacuum over 12 years ago iRobot and it’s still going. I have since purchased two more that I have actually returned because I didn’t like how they swept or mopped and kept getting stuck on everything. So far Dustin has only got stuck one time and it wasn’t that big of a deal and just keeps going. I like that has a zone map where you can pick where you would like to go and deciphered where you would like it to mop and stop mopping. I have not tried the mopping section yet. I need to do that but so far I’m very impressed with it and I also like how it makes the straight lines instead of bouncing all over the place, and gets done in an efficient amount of time. The only reason for not 5 stars is because that I had no idea you had to purchase vacuum bags for the docking station

With already a month of usage, I can say that this robot vacuum is one of the best in the market, if not the best! Easy to setup, the room scanning feature is super accurate, self emptying so no need to worry about that. I love that now I get to spend more time with my loved ones instead of cleaning my floors, Dustin helped me extend the time between deep cleanings. I completely recommend it!

I am very happy with the bobsweep I purchased in July, 2024. I replaced a Roomba that seemed to take all day with multiple rechargings to complete the full cycle. Bobsweep is done in 1 ½ hours. I like the mop feature too and the mapping to avoid my rug works great. I’ve had two roombas and this is my first bobsweep. I would highly recommend bobsweep over Roomba.
