Updated review: My Dustin had issues from the beginning and then at 4 months it failed and had to be returned to BobSweep. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received. All we extremely helpful and prompt in their responses. I shipped the vac back to them and within a week a had a new perfectly working vac on my doorstep and I couldn't be happier.

Love this. Bought one for our main level and loved it so much I ended up buying a second for our second level. Does a great job mapping the house and avoiding things that will make it get stuck. Also can select to have it do certain rooms or avoid certain areas.

This powerful little robot does a fantastic job of vacuuming and mopping my floors. I use the APP to schedule a regular cleaning routine. It is my new best friend and allows me to do other chores thus freeing up my time. May sure you "snap" in the sweeping brush to achieve outstanding results.

I've tried various robot vacuums in the past; some with great success and others without! I have yet to try the mop function on this Dustin and I do hope the mapping will improve over time, but I'm generally pleased. I love the company's whimsical vibe and it's a heck of a bargain too, so give it a shot!

Dustin has been a great addition to my household. I purchased him about 6 months ago and he is still going strong. You just press go and voilà! I have been able to map three different floors---you just have to choose the map on the app before you start. When he's done with the job (and he does it well), he goes back to his station to relax. I am very happy with this purchase! (Sam's frequently offers significant savings on this vacuum. Just keep checking back for deals. I had been on the fence about acquiring a robotic vacuum but when a deal appeared, it was a no-brainer to give it a try).

I have owned 2 other robot vacuums, neither of which come close to the amount of pet hair and dirt, dust that this vacuum picks up. The battery lasts long enough to do my 2400 square foot house. The self emptying feature is great. Software is very user friendly. Great product.

This Dustin vacuum robot is a game changer for me! I've had it for about a month. It was easy to set up and get on-line. I have it scheduled to clean daily. Do you have any idea how great it is to come downstairs and see that the vacuuming is already done?! I loved it so much I bought a second one! When I set up the second one on another floor, I confused myself on the name. So, I called Customer Service at BobSweep. I spoke with Daniel. What a pleasant and knowledgeable guy he was! He got me on the right track in about 5 minutes! Both bots are doing great! Highly recommend!

I had a roomba and after a year it worked on and off- it was pretty much a defected item I would say- so f60.00ar I like how quiet this one is >I have not been able to empty my vacuum bag as of yet and I have not used the mop feature due to my area rugs but I went 🙃 based on reviews- it is loud once it is done and it empties itself- I like the map feature and hopefully this one will last me! We have 3 dogs and one of them is a Golden Retriever and they tend to shed more than what I am use to so I need the extra help for a nice clean home-will see! Thank you for all that wrote a review!

I am very happy with this product! While there were some issues I had to work through, the customer support was beyond helpful! Because I have a Golden Retriever at home that obviously sheds, they were able to give suggestions to try to have my Dustin work more efficiently, like programing the schedule differently to stop and empty more often so it didn't get clogged with dog hair. While I do have to remove the brush and clean it every few days (I run it daily) It is very easy to do, and only takes a minute or two, its certainly quicker than having to run a regular vacuum. Also, I had older different brand robot vacuum prior that had the same issue with the brush, but feel its kind of an unavoidable issue when owning a long haired dog.

Ever since I got Dustin it’s been such an amazing help. I work at a warehouse for 10 hours a day for five days a week and I don’t have time to do my day-to-day chores and Dustin comes in handy because he does everything for me by the time I get home, my house is clean. I’m just so glad I made that decision to buy Dustin because it’s honestly changed my life for the better not only does a vacuum, but it mops and honestly the mopping is so good I thought originally when I bought this that I was gonna have issues with the mop but no, it’s been amazing. I’m so convinced that it was the best money I could’ve spent .
