I was somewhat hesitant to buy this Bobsweep robot vacuum after owning several other robot vaccums in the past. But wow have these things come a long way. I am amazed watching this thing do what it does so well. I love that there is an app and i can schedule cleanings, do quick cleans & mop floors. Dustin mapped out my rooms and had never gotten hung up or trapped under furniture. The self emptying feature is one of the best things about this vacuum. It is completely hands free and worry free and I love coming home and finding my floors clean. I can't think of a single thing I'd change about this vacuum. It's perfection!

I love this thing! It has been a life-saver and has saved my back. The suction power is amazing and the battery lasts forever. The bin isn't to big on the vac itself but It has a huge bin to empty into. The app is extremely easy to navigate and you can set up schedules or control it from your phone anywhere, which is really nice. I would highly recommend this and have already convinced some family and friends to get one. Plus you can't beat the price right now, so snatch one up for yourself before they are gone!

I purchased this on sale in February and have been using it daily since then. For the price and features it has been great. It handles 90% of the mopping true it doesn’t get into corners and occasionally has to be remapped but mops in an organized manner unlike my roomba which bumbled around blindly. I use the mop function daily and for lightly soiled floors they get the job done. Vacuum bag took about 3 months to fill up with 1 German shepherd. I had an issue with the dustbin and contacted customer service which was excellent and sent a replacement immediately. For the features and price combined with the service it has been great

We bought it 2 months ago and we have been using it regularly. Very happy with our purchase! It’s very efficient in collecting dust and debris, and the mop is also effective. We can track the progress via the phone app. We were having problems with the brush detaching during cleaning. We contacted customer support and the instructions and videos they sent us were excellent and solved the problem. The vacuum does not empty itself entirely in the dock station, but it’s not a problem for us because we like to clean it well after each use. Highly recommended!

We have had peace of mind since Dustin took over. Only used vacuum so far and not mop feature, soon will explore that as well. It operates quietly and does a fantastic job cleaning both carpet as well as vinyl flooring including pet hairs. The level of configuration available on the bObsweep app is great.

Decent little vacuuming robot. The mopping portion is trash. A real mopping robot has water tank in the base station and fills and drains water tanks. This robot has an onboard tank and gravity drains the water onto the pad. You MUST empty the tank when it is done mopping or you flood your floor. After about 6 months of ownership, the robot started having trouble driving and through a great self-assessment program included, the robot let me know that a cliff sensor was malfunctioning. It was still under warranty so I did exchange for a refurbished model and the replacement is navigating better, but the mopping feature of this robot is a joke.

We recently moved into a new house, and have a fairly large (110 pound +) “inside” dog that sheds quite a bit. Based on the online reviews, I decided to order Bob to try to help keep the excessive dog hair at bay. I run Bob every 2-3 days, and so far, so good. I owned an iRoomba several years ago, and Bob is so much more advanced than that machine, it’s incredible. Have been very pleased with the purchase.

Purchased this as a gift for myself to save time cleaning and I am so happy I did! Schedules work great and it runs every day in the morning. I haven't really used the mop feature that much but the few times I did it worked great. No issues really except if the kids leave socks on the floor it can get hung up and will go into a trouble mode. Aside from "user error" I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone who is looking into purchasing one.

My previous vaccume would always get lost and jammed up somewhere in my home. This one rarely does and the includwd mapping function makes it easy to locate if and when it does! It runs quiet and less prone to run into furniture too. Highly recommend

We love Dustin !! Does an incredible job of sweeping. 75% hardwood flooring & 25% carpet. When he's finished, the carpets look spotless & so do the hardwood floors. Would highly recommend. If Dustin goes on sale, would by another for upstairs. 4,400sq ft home, approx 3,000 down & 1,400 up. Dustin cleans downstairs in 1hr & 40 mins & whisper quiet.
