I would like to note that having Dustin in my house has been AWESOME! The instructions were easy to navigate, as well as utilizing the bObsweep app. Dustin gets the job done with up keeping of the floor of both sweeping and mopping! My house is a pretty good size and Dustin’s battery life does well overall of getting the job done! We plan on keeping Dustin in our household for a long time!

Ive had my BobSweep Dustin for about two weeks now. He was very simple to set up and get going. It took a couple days to get him properly mapped and get those no-go areas set as he would get under couches easily but get stuck trying to come back out because our area rug goes partially under the furniture and was just thick enough to trap him. No big deal. I let him vacuum once each day but have not mopped yet. He's doing very well considering I have 2 dogs who shed! He even swept up a decent size screw! Not sure where that came from. I'm very pleased so far because I've recently had hand surgery and he is taking a chore off of me that I was very much struggling to keep up with.

Easy to set up and use, gets the job done, pretty quiet, and gets into hard places. I've never had a robot vacuum before, but it's been really nice having the Dustin up my cleaning game. My cats are still figuring out what this thing is, but I'm hooked! I love how easy it is to use through the app. Both vacuum and mopping features are great!

We've had Dustin for a week and it was a simple setup, and the app is user friendly. It's easy to set a schedule and forget about it - you just have to make sure doors are either closed or things are picked up. Ours picked up a few kids knick knacks but the app notified me and it was an easy fix. I haven't tried the mop feature but I'm looking forward to trying it out. Loving that everything (even under my sofas) is getting regularly vacuumed.

I read through the reviews before purchasing as I didn't want to waste my money. I was excited to receive our Dustin and put him to the test. Before letting him loose I had mopped the whole house to be able to give him a fair chance. I ran him so he could map out the house and the next morning I ran him again to see how he really did. My son came in with dirty feet from outside and left a smear on the floor so i wanted to see if Dustin would succeed in cleaning it up and I was severely disappointed. He seems to just run a wet rag all over the floor without actually cleaning any spots. So its sad to say after 2 days I will be returning him.

When you buy a robot vacuum, I think it's safe to say you're buying it for convenience. You map out your cleaning zones. You schedule your cleaning. At the end of each cleaning cycle the robot even dumps the dirt into a reservoir which hold a fair amount of dirt, dog hair, etc. You come home and your floors are clean. Perfect. However, with Dustin, all of that goes out the window if you want it to mop as well. I don't mind pulling off the cleaning cloth and replacing it with a clean one daily. Heck, I don't even mind refilling the tank with cleaning solution. However, this robot does not self regulate the fluid, so it becomes a constant drip, drip, drip until the entire tank empties itself. So. . . if you run a cleaning cycle and you have cleaning solution left in the tank, you must be there when it starts in order to fill the tank, the when it finishes in order to dump the remaining solution. Yes, you heard me correctly. The instructions even tell you to dump the tank after every use. What a waste. I didn't understand why initially, but apparently the engineers did not think to design a self releasing mechanism that shuts off the open valves the solution passes through when the unit finishes cleaning. So, since I failed to be there just as it was finishing its cleaning routine, the left over cleaning solution was all over the floor, all around the electrical cords and soaked into some of the wooden legs of the entertainment center it was stationed near. There is no excuse for such a lousy design on a unit this expensive. What I'm guessing is they threw out some price point close to $1000 to impress how good the unit must be, then sell it on Sam's Club for $200, which is probably closer to its actual value. Also, there is no remote control to direct the unit if you have a specific area you want to spend a little more time on. Call me spoiled, but I've had considerably less expensive units which included a remote control hand piece that allows you to send the robot wherever you want. You can use the mapping feature on the Dustin app, but it's not as accurate. At the very least, they could have made that function available in the app itself. I bought 4 of these units. 2 for myself and 2 as gifts. 2 are going back. I don't want to be responsible for water damage. I'll use the two as cheap cleaners with an occasional mop if I'm at home. Sadly, it's a big fail in my book. It's the daily mopping that left me especially excited about buying this vacuum. What a disappointment. Steer clear. There are better units at a comparable price point which don't mop but offer more suction and programing perks. So far, I haven't heard of anyone in the industry that has perfected the mopping part in an integrated robot vacuum. Thought this could have been it.

Bobsweep has changed my life. As a working mom with 3 kiddos and an indoor dog it's so hard to keep up with daily pick ups. In the evenings after dinner I sit down and press start and feel like I can relax knowing a task is being completed. Super thankful for this product! If you are questioning getting it - its totally worth making your life easier.

We love Dustin! Or Dusty, as my daughter calls him. We have two long haired collies and Dusty keeps the floors clean of hair and all the tiny foliage that our dogs bring in from outside. The app works well, and one suggestion; that when Dusty gets caught on a phone charger cable, ping my phone so I know. We love Dustin and I love the fact I can have a glass of wine while Dusty cleans the floors. My Dyson is so jealous!
