Dustin is awesome! I call myself the Imelda Marcos of robovacs because I've gone through so many of them. So far Dustin is on top. It cleans well, contains itself to areas I've identified as no-go areas, returns to the base much quicker and easier than other vacs I've had, recharges quickly, and empties the bin fully. Definitely recommend!

I bought this on December 3, 2024. I love how easy it was to map my house and the great job it does on vacuuming my carpets and sweeping the hard floors! I've become addicted to the vacuum lines on the carpet!! I do wish Sam's Club sold the replacement bags. I have long hair, so the carpet gets lots of hair on it...there is a tool that comes with the vacuum to clean the hair from the roller!! So easy to keep it clean so it keeps my house clean!!! Great bargain for $199.00!!!

I have had Dustin for about 3 months. I am extremely happy. I had a different robot vacuum before. But it did not map or self- empty. I reached out to customer service for help connecting to my WIFI. They were so great in responding and fixing my issue. I highly recommend.

I purchased Dustin in February this year, and it's truly been a game changer for me. I have a cat with long fur, and being able to vacuum 3 or more times a week - without having to do more than simply ensure his toys are out of the way - is wonderful. Setup and mapping was easy, and I like being able to control everything from my phone. I love the fact that there is no longer cat fur 'tumbleweed' under my sofa.

I bought this 4 months ago and it has been holding up quite well. I like its simple operation, mapped my entire house, cleans well. It is effective at cleaning pet hairs from hardwood floors (I have a Golden retriever), but not from carpets. The cleaning tool that comes with it is very convenient to remove stuck hairs from the rollers. Overall, a very good value for the price. No need to purchase super-expensive brands, which are often glitchy.

This is the easiest robot vacuum I’ve ever set up. Just put it in its home station and press Go on the BobSweep app and it takes off and starts mapping while cleaning. Couldn’t be simpler. Every time it cleans, it updates the map. It does a great job and even color codes each area on that floor (eg. kitchen is different color than family room or bathroom…) so if you need a particular area cleaned but not the entire level, you can select Quick Clean on the app, then select the colored area on the map and it will just take off and clean it. I’ve raised my couch and ottoman using 2” tall furniture risers so Dustin can clean under them. No more dust bunnies there either. Super happy with Dustin! For the price, features and capabilities, it cannot be beat.

It keeps disconnecting from the Internet and losing the mapping. We have Starlink and it reboots sometimes but none of our other devices have this same problem. It's out of order most of the time. We bought a second one for a large 6,000 sq ft open space (no obstricles, just open floor and walls) and it won't map the whole place, it tries but only maps about 1/3 of it before it's packs its dust and heads for it's home.

I’m sorry to say it but Dustin has been a dud for me. I’m not sure if we got a lemon or not, but the suction is poor, it gets stuck often, and doesn’t run when scheduled. The vacuum pattern is strange and unappealing too. We do not have pets or little kids. We previously owned a shark so we have something to compare it to. I read many reviews before making my choice so this is a disappointment. I’m glad others have had a good experience with Dustin.

I was ready to make my first purchase of a robotic vacuum, and after extensive research I decided on a bObsweep Dustin model. Sam's Club offered a great promotion, and I made the purchase. My primary criteria in making this decision were product features and reliability, customer service and value. I have been more than pleased in every respect after receiving my Dustin and putting it to work. Mapping, scheduling of cleaning jobs, cleaning performance and self-emptying are all outstanding. After years of trying to keep on top of pet hair issues, I have finally been able to get them under control. Gabe in customer service has been great in answering several questions about the software. In addition to walking me through some of the finer points of initial setup, he has followed up to make sure everything is working as expected (which it is). My carpets have never looked better and I couldn't be happier. The many positive reviews I read prior to making this purchase are certainly well deserved, and I highly recommend this vacuum.

My experience as an owner of 2 shedding dogs, a crawling baby, and a home with hardwood floors. Dustin’s map was very accurate, the robot was able to identify my baby’s playpen even when I would move it, and the map would update accordingly. Battery life was excellent, especially compared to past robot vacuums I have used. I never had Dustin return to the charger simply because of low battery. The robot is always ready to clean. The dustbin is able to handle the fur of my 2 high shedding dogs, and all the crumbs left behind from a baby. I do not have to empty mid clean. Maintenance of the unit is minimal and easy to complete. The ease of upkeep is high encouraged, and makes a difference in the robot’s performance. I’m busy watching my baby, I do not have to watch Dustin and make sure he’s not stuck of lost. This is a huge help! The vacuum suction is powerful, admittedly I’d sometimes find baby socks stuck in the bin because the suction picked them up! I had to do a warranty replacement of my unit for a random failure. I got my unit the next day after they shipped it to me. The employee who helped me via email was extremely responsive and attentive. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had to date anywhere.
