We love this thing! It does a thorough job sweeping and always returns back to the base to empty and charge. We've only tried mopping once, but it seemed to work really well. Love that you can edit the map and add no sweeping and/or no mopping zones and set a schedule for it to run whenever you want. Soooo much quieter than the roomba we replaced with it. One of the best purchases we've made. Highly recommend!!!

We love Dustin !! Does an incredible job of sweeping. 75% hardwood flooring & 25% carpet. When he's finished, the carpets look spotless & so do the hardwood floors. Would highly recommend. If Dustin goes on sale, would by another for upstairs. 4,400sq ft home, approx 3,000 down & 1,400 up. Dustin cleans downstairs in 1hr & 40 mins & whisper quiet.

Terrific! BoB is truly amazing. It has been a great addition. The setup was awesome fast and easy. This is my second (upgrade) Bob purchase and I can't be more happy. This Bob comes with 'the cleaning person' after Bob's done cleaning the house. BoB was able to map the entire floor in the first go. The app is fantastic. the ability to map rooms, no-sweep zones (different shapes) and select specific areas to clean makes it top of line. I would certainly recommend Bob over the overpriced brands.

We adopted Dustin a few months back. It’s not our first robotic vacuum clear. So we were very aware of the technology as such. Dustin fit our family needs very well. We use him not only for the vacuuming, but for the mopping function as well. Easy to fill in water and change the mop pads. The software is very good and helped us define the areas where carpet/rug is present – which had to be avoided when mopping. Integrated with Alexa…however the experience was not as smooth as our previous one. With a pet at home, cleaning has become a painful activity. With Dustin, things are very easy. One tip – try to avoid places where dustin can get stuck. We had some tv hdmi wires hanging behind our TV unit. The auto clean function is also very handy. But honestly, we have cleaned it manually a couple of times and that was a very simple process as well.. Overall a satisfied user and happy with the performance so far.

This is the first Robot Vacuum I have ever bought and I love it. We have has this for about a month. It works great, does around the edge of baseboards. So far it seems to get all the dirty on my floors. The only problem we have had is it staying on my Wifi, but I'm pretty sure its not the vacuum fault. For the price I paid I wish I would have gooten it sooner.

I chose this for the price. I have had a different robot vacuum for over three years. It was great till the brushes fell off. The bumper needed replaced. So far the only issue with Dustin is it gets stuck way too much. But does an overall good job.

Great powerful convenience house cleaner robot, make my life so much easy. Start cleaning when I leave the house to do grocery shopping, came home with a totally cleaned floor even with emptied trash. Love this machine so much, recommend this to anyone who doesn't like vacuum work, just bought a second one for mother's day present for my mom.

My previous vaccume would always get lost and jammed up somewhere in my home. This one rarely does and the includwd mapping function makes it easy to locate if and when it does! It runs quiet and less prone to run into furniture too. Highly recommend

I have had Bob for about six weeks. I haven't tried the mop, but the vacuum does a very good job. I like that I can program it to run whenever it is convenient, for example, to vacuum the kitchen every night, and the living room 3 times a week. I can also choose to have it quick clean one (or more) rooms. I found it easy to program.

Been using Dustin for a month and is a huge upgrade over our previous robot. Dustin has already made a huge impact on keeping our floors clean. I feel like I can walk around barefoot again. Wish we would have got one sooner to keep up with the pet hair from our animals. The mapping software is incredible and it does a great job of making sure every area is swept up. It runs circles around our previous robot, in terms of speed and coverage.
