I brought Dustin early July. We have owned several robotic vacuums over the years and, I must say, this is by far the best one yet. It does a superior job compared to the other brands we have had plus it is quieter. I would love for them to make a version that has a scrubber mop but, until then, I am content and happy with my purchase.

We were looking for a robot vacuum cleaner that also has a mopping capability and were pleasantly surprised to find both features on the bObsweep Dustin. At an incredibly low sale price, it was a win since this unit had all the functionality we wanted and a very simple-to-use app for setting up automated cleaning. We intentionally left some small trash and crumbs in certain areas of the house to check if Dustin did its job thoroughly and were glad to discover that it picked up all the test dirt we left around the house. Even those tight corners were reached and cleaned. We like this unit so much that we’re contemplating getting another for the 2nd floor.

Dustin is awesome! I call myself the Imelda Marcos of robovacs because I've gone through so many of them. So far Dustin is on top. It cleans well, contains itself to areas I've identified as no-go areas, returns to the base much quicker and easier than other vacs I've had, recharges quickly, and empties the bin fully. Definitely recommend!

If you’re looking for another piece of technology to troubleshoot, this is made for you. it goes on and off-line randomly and the customer service acts like you’re stupid when all of your other Wi-Fi connected items are working perfectly normal and it’s their product that is not functioning. I don’t have the time to troubleshoot their product every morning.

This is my second purchase of this unit. I loved the first one so much that I had to have another for the upstairs. It is so smart and easy to use. They are so quiet that you hardly know they are running. I especially like the automatic emptying feature. I strongly recommend this vacuum.

Im happy with Bobsweep Vacuum. Haven't tried the Mopping yet. Points to note, sometimes it avoids vacumming corners, the side brush comes out loose everytime, Carpet with dark edges are considered obstacles and tries to go around and freeze thinking it doesnt have a way to come out.

I recently bought this vacuum, it works great comes in different colors which is a nice plus. It's my first self cleaning robo vacuum and its working great. I have a dog and its picking up the dog hair well. It performed the mapping of the home well and having the ability to send the vacuum to certain areas is nice. It's an amazing vacuum and I'm happy with my purchase.

We bought this 3 months ago. Previously we had another top-of-the-line robot vacuum... from 2018. Let's just say that the technology has dramatically improved since then. The way this empties itself and maps the house is fantastic - and it's much quieter than our old one. We love our new friend "Dusty!"

We've had "Dusty" for about a month and LOVE it! We ordered the navy color and it looks like the picture-we like it. I admit I hate vacuuming so having Dusty do that for me is great. Further we vacuum (well Dusty does) more often as it is so easy to have him run. He gets under chairs and furniture that we aren't pulling out as often. Living in Phoenix there is dust so having Dusty I feel like the house is cleaner! We even ordered one for my mother who also (in her 80's) is able to use it with the app.

I purchased this on sale in February and have been using it daily since then. For the price and features it has been great. It handles 90% of the mopping true it doesn’t get into corners and occasionally has to be remapped but mops in an organized manner unlike my roomba which bumbled around blindly. I use the mop function daily and for lightly soiled floors they get the job done. Vacuum bag took about 3 months to fill up with 1 German shepherd. I had an issue with the dustbin and contacted customer service which was excellent and sent a replacement immediately. For the features and price combined with the service it has been great
