We are very happy with Dustin! We renamed him Dusty and he is a very hard worker. We have 4 dogs so we keep him very busy. Dusty is very faithful with his weekly schedule that we programmed into him. He does the rooms we want on the days we request and when he's done, he heads home and empties himself. I haven't had to vacuum since the day we got him. I'm in love!

We love our Dustin so far! Especially how quiet it is compared to our old robot vacuum. And it is so nice to have it empty itself, especially since we have a Labrador Retriever and a long hair cat…the canister can fill up quick with all that hair! And it is great for a quick mop, not a deep clean, but still nice for those muddy pawprints.

Dustin has been an amazing vacuum so far. He does a great job mapping the house and is able to navigate around all our furniture. I love that he can empty himself. We haven't tried out the mopping feature yet, but I have confidence that he will do a great job. The cats sure find him entertaining.

We have had Dustin for about six months and have learned what he does well and what his short comings are. Overall he does a great job keeping the areas clean and is able to switch from hard floor to carpet without any problems. Dustin is very smart in that he can learn how to clean an area and after mapping the floor you can see where he is in his cleaning. If there is an area that Dustin gets stuck at, the app allows you to create a 'no clean' area to avoid getting stuck. He also sees and avoids going down stairs. If the floor has a lot of dirt or hair to pick up, he sometimes is not able to empty completely and he needs to be manually cleaned. The manual cleaning needed is to use the supplied brush to remove the built up dust on the filters and empty Dustin's dirt collection compartment. The roller brush also needs to be cleaned to remove dirt/hair when needed. Overall, he does a great job of getting under furniture and cleaning the hard to reach places. It's very convenient to schedule him to clean and you have a clean floor. He is able to store a couple maps so you can customize the frequently cleaned areas.

I have really enjoyed having my Dustin. I really like that I can sit at home working and Dustin can be doing some of my housework for me. It seems to pick up really great. The vacuum has even gone through my dining room chairs and under my table and has not gotten stuck. I love that it will go under my beds as well! I have not used the mop feature yet, but as far as a vacuum it has been great! I would definitely recommend!

I recently purchased a Dustin to upgrade my cleaning system, I am so impressed with its performance and ease of operation. I had a bobsweep pet model with dual brushes before, but the container had to be emptied after ever use and the charge would go out before it was done and have to be recharged before it finished the house. It was very nice, but I wanted one that emptied its-self and one that could finish the house in one charge. I'm very pleased with the Dustin and highly recommend it.

I previously owned a iRobot Roomba. I liked it until after many years of having it, it stopped working properly. I saw this Dustin on the Deal of the Day at great price and thought I would give it a try. I just received it about a month ago. But I can tell, it's a unit I will truly enjoy. I don't have pets. But I do have 3 young children. And boy can they make a mess! Anyways, Dustin is making his way around the house nicely. I don't have stairs. So that's a plus with not having to set edge detection. I love the way it maps out the house. It's pretty accurate. And it's much quieter than my Roomba. Another plus. It picks up pretty good also. But I think the thing I like most is, when it gets stuck somewhere, (which isn't often), I can look at the map and know exactly where it is. With my Roomba, we would have to hunt from room to room. Or wait for it to speak. This unit is a half an inch or so lower, so I don't have this problem too often. I haven't used the mopping feature. I really don't think I will. But that's just me.

The Dustin cleaning robot seems to work well for what is needed. Actually does a grid by grid clean of the house, and doesn't just randomly bump into things. Would recommend when on sale. Only caveat is that the bot requires bags, so there is some additional cost there. Still, I am happy with the product.

The Dustin robotic vacuum is very good. Its navigation is consistent and reliable. The cleaning performance is impressive at the highest suction setting, with no issues in my small apartment, which has mostly hardwood floors and a few rugs. The emptying process is efficient. I haven't had a chance to try the mopping function yet. The app is relatively good but could use some improvements. Roborock and even iHome offer smoother and more logical interfaces. That said, all the important functions are included. Initially, I had some issues with the scheduling function not working, but customer support resolved it over the phone. There was practically no waiting time, and the representative was very nice and knowledgeable. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

We love Dustin the robot vacuum! We haven't tried the mop option yet, but the vacuum is wonderful. We had a robot vacuum before and it was always crashing into walls and furniture - we couldn't run it at night because it scared our kids. It also got stuck constantly! Not the case for Dustin! No crashing into furniture and walls, and it rarely gets stuck. It even cleans the washable rugs we have that no other vacuum seems to clean. It is quiet, effective, and easy to use. I am so happy we got this vacuum!
