I love our 'Dusty' as we call him. He works beautifully on both our tiles and rugs. He swept and mapped our entire house in a little over 2 hours. Now I can program when and what he sweeps on my phone app. I haven't tried his mopping yet but love watching him work so I don't have to !

We have had Dustin for about a month and so far we are happy with it. It did a good job of mapping the house and seems to get in all the hard to get at spots. Covering the floors in one direction and then perpendicular to it makes for a very through cleaning. After having to create a couple of 'no-go' areas Dustin does exactly what he is supposed to. We have both carpet and hard floors but it does a great job on each.

I have arthritis and vacuuming has become difficult, Dustin does a wonderful job. I bought it on sale and I am very happy with my purchase. My husband set him up and we are both over 60. I don't have carpet, I have hardwood and tile in my house, with 2 dogs that shed terribly and 4 cats. I own an older model of bOb sweep that still works great but Dustin now does most of the house and bOb does the den.

Dustin has been a fine addition to our family. The children have dubbed him Barnacle. Barnacle has been doing a great job so far cleaning the floors, though he has some trouble every now and then. He does not like cables and cords, sometimes he gets himself into trouble when getting really close to bookshelves with bottoms that are just high enough to allow him partially under. He especially gets confused if furniture or doors are not where he expects them to be. Overall, we are quite happy to have Barnacle as part of the cleaning team! Disclaimer: I am getting two extra dust bags from BobSweep by posting this review.

I recently received a BObsweep Dustin Robot Vacuum & Mop. This thing is fantastic! I took it out of the box and charged it up. The next day I picked up all the doggie toys, connected Dustin to my WiFi and hit the go button. Dustin started running around the house making a map of everything! (And yes, I followed him around to see if he really went everywhere) He got around all of it! I pulled the dining chairs out to give him a little room and he went around and under everyone them. All around everything and mapped it all out. This is fantastic! You can set up no sweep zones. You can set up no mop zones. He does a great job mppping my tile floors. It’s so cool to send him to sweep a certain room that you want done or even to do just a part of a room that needs a little help. This little robot saves me so much time and trouble, and does such a GREAT job. I love this little robot and all he does. Thank you Dustin!

Our cabin is getting vacuumed more often with Dustin. The vacuum does a great job mapping the area. We have set a schedule in the app for it to vacuum regularly. It has a brush that pulls debri away from the walls. It can also clean under furniture where a regular vacuum can not go. We are also enjoying the auto emptying station.

We've been using Dustin about 3 months. Set up was easy. Rooms are scheduled to be vacuum/cleaned 2 or 3 days a week. Only issue we've experienced to date- the floor mapping has been somehow become corrupt a couple of times. We had to re-map the rooms/ areas to clean. Otherwise very happy.

’ve only had Dustin for a few days now, but am very impressed with his abilities. He even manages to clean around a bike rack in my living room without getting stuck (yes, I have a bike rack and bikes in my living room). I’ve had him map out two distinct sections of my house separated by stairs, and am glad I can direct him where to go on either map. I had a shark robo-vacuum before and always had to be around to help him when he got stuck. I haven’t had that same problem with Dustin. I love being able to start him with my phone. He finishes much more quickly than the previous robot because he isn’t traveling in random directions. I would recommend him.

I couldn’t be happier with Dustin, my smart vacuum. It cleans every nook and corner, even on bare floors, with precision. The suction power is impressive, and it effortlessly picks up dust and debris from every surface. Dustin’s navigation is spot on, ensuring no area is left untouched. What I love most is how hassle-free it is to use—just set it and forget it. It’s a game-changer for keeping my home spotless without lifting a finger. If you’re looking for a reliable and efficient smart vacuum, I highly recommend Dustin. It’s a must-have for any home!

My initial experience with this robot vacuum proved to be truly remarkable. One of its standout features is its impressive runtime, effortlessly covering extensive areas in a single operation. During a session lasting 1 hour and 49 minutes, it effectively cleaned over 1300 sqft, and remarkably, the battery still retained 40% charge. My home comprises hard floors, carpets, and rugs, and this vacuum adeptly navigated and cleaned all floor types with precision. The user-friendly app adds to the overall satisfaction, with particular admiration for the spot clean and room clean features.
