I had wanted a robovac for quite awhile, but, as a senior citizen, was afraid the technology involved in getting it set up would be daunting. Then vacuuming became more of a physical challenge for me and I saw the Bobsweep Dustin, so I took the plunge. Turns out I was able to easily connect to the online app on my phone (all by myself!). My Bob cleans like a charm at the touch of a button on my phone. I can do one room or the whole house. I can block off areas where I don't want him to go. He does a thorough job and then empties himself. I had one issue and customer service was unbelievably patient and helpful. Problem solved. I sit in my recliner and vacuum now. I should have done this years ago,

Love this machine! Got this for myself before Christmas and its been great. Super easy set up, very quiet running. Picks up really well and the self empty feature works fantastic. I love how easy it is to run from the app on my phone and being able to watch the map and see he (Dusty) gets in all the nooks and crannies is awesome.

I love my new bObsweep “Dustin” model Vacuum & Mop! This robot vacuum and mop works extremely well. It is quiet and easily maneuvers throughout my one-story home. It gets into the corners beautifully and goes over both normal & higher thresholds. I have not had to use my other more traditional vacuum since I bought "Dustin" a month ago. Setting up was easy and quick, mapping my home and the app was easy to manipulate. The one-page instructions for the first setup of the robot are clear and easily understood. I've used the mop twice and it does a good job. You don’t need to use too much water, and I added a little vinegar and floor wash to my water. The mop plate is easy to attach and remove when you use it. The mop pad can be washed in the washing machine. The only issue I had was hubby not picking up his socks on the floor and I had Dustin set to do a vacuum early in the morning before we woke. He tried to eat the sock and shut it down. I found it when I woke up and it didn't go far into the brush. It was a quick fix, and he returned to his base to recharge. I have cleaned the machine twice now, to keep it in optimal condition and I would suggest that, especially if you have someone with long hair in the home. The tool to clean the brush comes with it and it's effortless. I recommend the bObsweep Dustin Robot Vacuum & Mop. I loved it so much that my son bought one for his dog-loving home.

It keeps disconnecting from the Internet and losing the mapping. We have Starlink and it reboots sometimes but none of our other devices have this same problem. It's out of order most of the time. We bought a second one for a large 6,000 sq ft open space (no obstricles, just open floor and walls) and it won't map the whole place, it tries but only maps about 1/3 of it before it's packs its dust and heads for it's home.

This is our first robot vacuum and it’s truly the best purchase we’ve ever made!! We have 4 dogs (two long haired shepherds) and 5 cats, so to say hair is a condiment in our house is an understatement! 😂🤣 Dustin runs every morning …. and it’s been life changing!!! He’s mapped out our whole main level and goes under the furniture, we no longer need to move everything to vacuum, Dustin takes care of it. My husband is retired and does all the vacuuming so he’s on another level happy 😁😁. Not to mention his back is very happy. I recommend this vacuum to everyone! I can’t say enough positive things about it! Love, love, love our Dustin!!!!!!

I’m sorry to say it but Dustin has been a dud for me. I’m not sure if we got a lemon or not, but the suction is poor, it gets stuck often, and doesn’t run when scheduled. The vacuum pattern is strange and unappealing too. We do not have pets or little kids. We previously owned a shark so we have something to compare it to. I read many reviews before making my choice so this is a disappointment. I’m glad others have had a good experience with Dustin.

My Dustin works so well I rarely have to use my regular vacuum. I just experiancd a problem with its wifi system that has failed and after contacting customer service who by the way were easy to contact, friendly and worked to resolve my issue and after not being able to resolve it sent me another new unit to replace it. Bobsweep company is awesome and an example of what customer service should be. They even returned a call when I hung up and didnt leave a messege. I bought another one...

We got Dustin in March, I absolutely love him. I have had other brands prior to him, and I have bad experiences with them, so I was nervous getting a brand I was not familiar with, but I have had no issues with him at all. He does his job and doesn't complain at all. In fact, it was so good I had to go search the dust bag for a puzzle piece he picked up that was unknowingly dropped on the floor. He is very quiet, and most times, I don't even know he's done his job till I see the clean carpet lines he has left. The app is easy to operate, and you can break it down into rooms needed cleaned. This was a great find for me!

My family absolutely adores Dustin! My kids think it is so cool to have a robot rolling around the house; they love to watch it clean and it is like a game to them to make sure everything is picked up so Dustin doesn't get stuck or suck up anything it can't handle. I love it because my floors are so clean!!! It really gets the job done. I love the mapping feature and that I can block off rooms. We have one room transition that is a bit higher and Dustin can get up it about half the time. I would love it if it was more consistent but we just taped some cardboard like a ramp and it's working. Also I really love the app, very easy to use, I love that I can see the cleaning history and start and stop it from the app. We have not used the mopping function and I don't plan on using it. It is just water and microfiber pads so i don't see the mopping being super effective. I've been looking at robot vacuums for years, waiting for one with good reviews and a good price. I got this on sale and it is absolutely worth every single penny I paid for it!

I am loving my Dustin Robet Vacuum. It is able to get under beds without getting stuck. It seldom gets lost or confused. It works much better than the Guffy I had and I really liked the Guffy. The dustin has a lower profile than the Guffy. The Dustin is quite and I am able to start running it at 5:30 am before we are up and going without much disruption.
