We replaced carpet with vinyl flooring. This item is wonderful. It works great on the dog hair too.

I am very happy with Dustin. I have area rugs in my house. My Bobsweep sometimes has a hard time getting on the rugs but Dustin just keeps going.

It was good for a place with no pets at all. I have 4. I never used the mop part. Ended up returning & replacement is for pet hair

So far it’s doing a good job seems to get the pet hair! Is able to do the whole house in a single charge!

Still haven't run it because it won't connect to Alexa or my phone app like it's supposed to! Thinking about returning it!

I was skeptical that this could really map my house. But it did! And I schedule what rooms to do on what days. Love it!

I'm happy with the vacuum, I just wish the suction was a little stronger. Also, trying to set the mapping is/was a little confusing.

Love it. However the brush is always getting stuck somewhere and whenever the robot is back at the station the suction is extremely loud.

It worked well the first day but I've already had to hard reset it and fix one the wheels. The brush has come off too.

This is a very nice vacuum, however, my husband and I are elderly and was overwhelmed with setting it up.
