I just got the Bobsweep "Dustin" and it has performed to my highest expectations. I have not had the auto vacuum out the contents feature before so this is a real step up. I fully expected to have to move it back to the base, but when he was full he went back to the base emptied himself out then went back to vacuuming the house. Outstanding!

I have 4 kids and 4 dogs and cats. Including a Great pyr and a Corgi. Shedding MACHINES. I have to vacuum fur tumble weeds every freaking day and it stinks!! Well, not anymore!!! This little machine is so awesome. Don't get me wrong, nothing beats a good deep cleaning with elbow grease but, I only vacuum once a week now cause this little beast is great at helping me keep up with day to day sweeping. Bonus, it prompts the kids to keep their toys cleaned up. Get it! You won't regret it!

I was surprised by how well Dustin covered the whole house. It can't get into corners because of its shape. It has no problem going from one type of flooring to another. It is easy to block off areas you don't want it to go and it remembers those areas. I had a problem with the brush coming off at first. The support people got back to me quickly and it was more operator error than a problem with Dustin. I have no problem recommending this product.

I purchased bobsweep Dustin a little over a month ago. Very easy set up. After mapping the house with all it's crevasses, Bob maneuvers perfectly. Yes, we do call him Bob. We did move the cat food container (after mapping) & Bob got confused. When we realized what it was and put the container back to original place, Bob went on his merry way! We love Bob.

This product worked right for about a week. It kept telling me The lidar sensor was not working. I cleaned it braided out like they said did everything they told me and it still would not work. Getting a hold of somebody to help you repair the problem is hard because all customer service is done through email. I am returning this product, so frustrated!

I purchased this on sale in February and have been using it daily since then. For the price and features it has been great. It handles 90% of the mopping true it doesn’t get into corners and occasionally has to be remapped but mops in an organized manner unlike my roomba which bumbled around blindly. I use the mop function daily and for lightly soiled floors they get the job done. Vacuum bag took about 3 months to fill up with 1 German shepherd. I had an issue with the dustbin and contacted customer service which was excellent and sent a replacement immediately. For the features and price combined with the service it has been great

Alright, so I've been giving this robotic cleaner a real workout, and honestly, it's become my new favorite thing. It's just so handy to have around, tackling all sorts of messes, and it even makes cleaning a little bit fun. Seriously, it's brought some unexpected entertainment to my place! Here's what I've really been loving about it: - It's a Cleaning Powerhouse, Especially for Daily Grime: This thing is seriously good at what it does. I mean, it's fantastic at grabbing dust and all the everyday bits that end up on my floors. It's just a "dirt-devouring dynamo," picking up literally "every speck of dust and debris" with a surprisingly quiet touch. And if there's just one little spill or a concentrated mess? I love deploying the spot cleaning feature – it zooms right to it and gets the job done without me having to clean the whole room. It’s definitely cut down on how much I have to sweep or vacuum myself. - The Mopping Function is Actually Legit: I wasn't sure what to expect from the mopping, but wow. It’s what I'd call a "stroke of genius." It actually leaves a visible "sheen on the floor," which looks amazing. So it's not just sucking things up; it's giving my hardwood floors that nice, polished finish. Having both vacuuming and mopping integrated so smoothly just makes my floor care routine so much easier – saves me tons of time, and my floors always look great. - It's Oddly Entertaining to Watch: This is a weird one, but it's true! Beyond just cleaning, the robot is surprisingly amusing. I've found myself watching it, almost like "a captivating show." It really does turn a boring chore into something you might actually glance at. It glides around with such "elegance," almost like it's dancing covering each spot once. That unexpected "entertainment" factor? It honestly makes it more than just another appliance. So yeah, bottom line: This robotic cleaner is awesome. It handles the vacuuming and mopping like a champ, keeping my floors super clean. Its mapping is smart, letting it glide efficiently around my place. And seriously, that spot cleaning option is so convenient. It's just a really capable little helper that also happens to be pretty fun to have around!

This is a great, straight forward machine. So far it has worked flawlessly. It was easy to set up and love the self-emptying feature. I was a little worried that the bag would fill up quickly since I have a yellow lab that sheds ALOT. So far Dustin has dumped around twenty times and there is still room in the bag. I am completely satisfied with my Dustin.

Been using Dustin for a month and is a huge upgrade over our previous robot. Dustin has already made a huge impact on keeping our floors clean. I feel like I can walk around barefoot again. Wish we would have got one sooner to keep up with the pet hair from our animals. The mapping software is incredible and it does a great job of making sure every area is swept up. It runs circles around our previous robot, in terms of speed and coverage.

My previous vaccume would always get lost and jammed up somewhere in my home. This one rarely does and the includwd mapping function makes it easy to locate if and when it does! It runs quiet and less prone to run into furniture too. Highly recommend
