We got Dustin in March, I absolutely love him. I have had other brands prior to him, and I have bad experiences with them, so I was nervous getting a brand I was not familiar with, but I have had no issues with him at all. He does his job and doesn't complain at all. In fact, it was so good I had to go search the dust bag for a puzzle piece he picked up that was unknowingly dropped on the floor. He is very quiet, and most times, I don't even know he's done his job till I see the clean carpet lines he has left. The app is easy to operate, and you can break it down into rooms needed cleaned. This was a great find for me!

Bought "Dusty" approx. two months ago - wanted to give it time to truly test it out. We had previously purchase "Bob" and, while completely satisfied with it as well, we wanted the convenience of the auto-emptying function. I give it 5 stars for its overall ease of use, and it's thoroughness when it cleans. I was skeptical at first, as it seemed quieter that "Bob", so I stopped it before it could auto-empty, just to see what it had in there. Oh, it was thorough, alright! Very happy with the results, as the bin is full each and every run (it's also disappointing - is my house that dirty? LOL The answer is no, it's just normal day to day dust and dirt.). The one caveat - I've had to remap the house twice since we purchased, getting "localization" errors. But I truly believe it's due to us moving some furniture around, and "Dusty" has gotten confused. Once remapped, he runs flawlessly (only getting stuck once on a small carpet in the bathroom. It's features are top-notch (allowing you to set both vacuum and mopping restricted zones). Easy to launch with the app (for specific room cleaning) or - as I use it most often - telling Alexa to "start vacuuming", and off he goes!! Great product, and probably gonna buy another one as a housewarming gift for my (81yo) Mom.

I am very sorry I bought this vacuum. I have own 2 robot shark vacuums but this looked like a good deal and it had a mop so I decided to try it. I am going back to Sam's this weekend to see if I can return. It has vacuumed 2 hours and never hit half the house. My floors are still dirty. I have 3 small dogs and my shariks did the job! Not this one. It gets full on the roller and just keeps vacuuming instead of giving ou an alert. It roams around aimlesslyand and today it was at a coffee table trying to go around it for over 30 minutes. I fianlly moved it. I could go on and on. Just buy a Shark.

I have 4 kids and 4 dogs and cats. Including a Great pyr and a Corgi. Shedding MACHINES. I have to vacuum fur tumble weeds every freaking day and it stinks!! Well, not anymore!!! This little machine is so awesome. Don't get me wrong, nothing beats a good deep cleaning with elbow grease but, I only vacuum once a week now cause this little beast is great at helping me keep up with day to day sweeping. Bonus, it prompts the kids to keep their toys cleaned up. Get it! You won't regret it!

My previous vaccume would always get lost and jammed up somewhere in my home. This one rarely does and the includwd mapping function makes it easy to locate if and when it does! It runs quiet and less prone to run into furniture too. Highly recommend

Purchased this as a gift for myself to save time cleaning and I am so happy I did! Schedules work great and it runs every day in the morning. I haven't really used the mop feature that much but the few times I did it worked great. No issues really except if the kids leave socks on the floor it can get hung up and will go into a trouble mode. Aside from "user error" I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone who is looking into purchasing one.

We bought it 2 months ago and we have been using it regularly. Very happy with our purchase! It’s very efficient in collecting dust and debris, and the mop is also effective. We can track the progress via the phone app. We were having problems with the brush detaching during cleaning. We contacted customer support and the instructions and videos they sent us were excellent and solved the problem. The vacuum does not empty itself entirely in the dock station, but it’s not a problem for us because we like to clean it well after each use. Highly recommended!

We've had "Dusty" for about a month and LOVE it! We ordered the navy color and it looks like the picture-we like it. I admit I hate vacuuming so having Dusty do that for me is great. Further we vacuum (well Dusty does) more often as it is so easy to have him run. He gets under chairs and furniture that we aren't pulling out as often. Living in Phoenix there is dust so having Dusty I feel like the house is cleaner! We even ordered one for my mother who also (in her 80's) is able to use it with the app.

This is our first robot vacuum and it’s truly the best purchase we’ve ever made!! We have 4 dogs (two long haired shepherds) and 5 cats, so to say hair is a condiment in our house is an understatement! 😂🤣 Dustin runs every morning …. and it’s been life changing!!! He’s mapped out our whole main level and goes under the furniture, we no longer need to move everything to vacuum, Dustin takes care of it. My husband is retired and does all the vacuuming so he’s on another level happy 😁😁. Not to mention his back is very happy. I recommend this vacuum to everyone! I can’t say enough positive things about it! Love, love, love our Dustin!!!!!!

Dustin has been great. I've had multiple vacuums from competitors, and Dustin may just be my favorite. It has been a big help around the house with both mopping and vacuuming. I really enjoy how easy it is to use and the maps it produces of my house in the app. I love being able to have it just vacuum the living room real quick etc. The only thing I would improve upon is the auto-empty feature. I have a dog with a lot of hair, and sometimes I need to have it empty a second time, but no big deal! I'm very happy with my purchase.
