I bought several Dustin’s for our new house to help clean up the constant dog hair. We have one in the living area, primary bedroom, and downstairs. It truly is an amazing addition to our home. I love that is self cleans the vacuum into the base and the easy to change bag closes automatically when you pull it out.

This vacuum is great! I did have an issue with it but the customer service person I was in contact with was wonderful and she made my warranty replacement seamless. The customer service I experienced was beyond great. I recommend this vacuum to all of my friends!

After a year of owning our Dustin I can say with confidence that he is part of the family in a way I didn't anticipate. But with a toddler, an infant, an old-man-16-pound-very-fluffy cat, a 72-pound Golden Retriever, and two adults - there's so much hair shedding, debris, footprints, etc. that I don't know how I kept the floors remotely clean prior to his arrival. Here's a breakdown of why I give Dustin five stars and why, if given the choice again, I would choose to buy Dustin again and again! - Low noise: I've only ever owned one other robot vacuum (different brand) before Dustin and it was very loud, the little humans and animals were very scared of it. Everyone is happy with Dustin's "inside" voice. - Self-emptying: I have asthma and a severe dust mite allergy - the self-emptying feature is a huge win! And the bag that collects the debris is contactless and closes itself off as it's removed from it's compartment. I LOVE that I don't have to worry about the bag for 100 days. Refills are a good price and my health is worth not having to risk an asthma flair up. And, if you want/need to empty the bin manually, you can do so as well. - Coverage: It has no problem switching from bare floors to carpet, moves around the kids toys and furniture with ease. I love the BobSweep App's NoSweep Area so I can have it steer clear of the kitty litter box. My house is 1400 sq ft and he has no problem doing the whole house in about 1hr. - Cleaning Performance: Being a robot vacuum, I'm impressed with just how clean my floors feel - I can walk barefoot without feeling grit and sand constantly under my feet and I barely see any doggo tumbleweeds rolling around the house anymore - this is with a daily or every-other-day Dustin run. - Mop: I don't like mopping, but I know who will do it for me - Dustin! Sure, there's a bit of work involved on my end, I have to add water to the canister (I wish there was a little floaty device in there so I can see when it's getting full) and attach the mop pad, but other than that, he's good to go! - Maintenance & Upkeep: I would love nothing more than to have a vacuum I could put on the c - harging dock and never have to do anything to keep it running. Alas, I don't know if that exists. That said, Dustin's main brush does get tons of hair wrapped up in there - luckily it is easy enough to clean with the maintenance accessories. And, I recently had the unfortunate occurrence of Dustin running through some animal poo and I was able to find a video on the BobSweep website that helped instruct me on how to open my specific vacuum so I could get it properly cleaned out and back to running 100%. - Wifi: Very easily connects to Wifi with the app and very straightforward to use! - Customer Service/Warranty: AMAZING!! I recently had challenges with connecting the vacuum to WiFi and because I was dreading the whole process of the unknown with reaching out to customer service I put it off for a month. Finally I reached out via email and I was pleasantly surprised that I was assigned a rep who stayed in touch with me throughout the process, explained what to expect, answered all my questions and kept me updated with my Dustin's repair status after I mailed him away. Edgar even checked back in a few days after Dustin returned home to see how he was connecting to Wifi and how he was performing. The BobSweep team even sent a few goodies back with Dustin and cleaned him up. The 2-year warranty and customer service can't be beat. I also really appreciated that BobSweep wanted to repair Dustin rather than replace him and contribute to waste. Now when I have any questions, I don't hesitate to reach out, because I know I'm going to be taken care of in a timely manner. While this may have been a lot to read through - I hope this helps seal the deal if you are on the fence about getting Dustin; he's worth it!

I love my Bobsweep Bio! I have 3 Great Danes and although they don't shed like Husky's they still shed. It is so nice to leave the house and come home to it being cleaned. I have tried other robots and none of them stacked up to the Bobsweep Bio. You can set a schedule and after each cleaning it empties completely. I love the ability to select different room to be cleaned at different times during the week. I also love the fact that it cleans all along the baseboards then hits every area for the room its cleaning. The only thing I would change would be to give it more suction power, other than that I love it.

We have used this for a few weeks and have been impressed. It took a few tries to get the wifi set up but the app is super easy to use. The vacuum has done a great job with the dog hair and keeping it clean. It is fairly quiet except when the vacuum empties. I like not having the mess of emptying the vacuum after every clean cycle.

We have had many Roomba’s and this is the first bobsweep. We are happy with it so far. Like the mopping feature, I use Bruce hardwood cleaner on our hickory solid wood floors. I like that it goes in straight paths. I also like that it goes around the edge, then it doesn’t bump every time.

I love Dustin for my downstairs. It is all the wood-look laminate flooring with 1 sizeable short pile rug. I had thoroughly researched before buying him and expected some issues that others mentioned but I have not experienced them. Every few weeks, I use my wand vacuum to get the few areas that he can't get to, but otherwise he keeps my cat's hair, my mid-length hair, crumbs, and daily dust gone from my downstairs! I di try using it upstairs as well but it is all carpet and he kept getting so many carpet fibers stuck in his brush, that I stopped. The downstairs was my primary concern anyway. I am not planning on using the mop feature because I am concerned that over time getting it wet will cause problems, and that's not important to me anyway, just the daily sweep up.

We've been using Dustin about 3 months. Set up was easy. Rooms are scheduled to be vacuum/cleaned 2 or 3 days a week. Only issue we've experienced to date- the floor mapping has been somehow become corrupt a couple of times. We had to re-map the rooms/ areas to clean. Otherwise very happy.

Dustin is a valuable asset to my family. No longer do we need to worry about the floors being vacuumed. It’s quite and accurate. I’ve played around with the mapping several times to make sure that the whole house gets done, but at different times. Parts are not used as often so those areas don’t need vacuumed as much. The mopping was a little tricky because of how close Dusty gets to the rugs and carpet, but I have it mapped now right up to within an inch so they don’t get wet. My only issue is the loudness when it empties into the home base. If we’re sleeping it wakes us up, during TV time it drowns out the sound. I can move it to a different location, for non use time but it’s not convenient because we usually keep the door closed to that area. We are very happy with Dusty, renamed. Definitely recommend the bObsweep Dustin vacuum.

Why didn't I order this years ago. This probably is the best item I have purchased for floor care! Set up was easy and I am not tech savvy. Unbelievable the job it does plus it goes through the whole house, even vacuumed under my bed. When it is humid I have a hard time breathing so this appliance is a godsend. I highly recommend this vacuum for anyone.
