I purchased this on sale in February and have been using it daily since then. For the price and features it has been great. It handles 90% of the mopping true it doesn’t get into corners and occasionally has to be remapped but mops in an organized manner unlike my roomba which bumbled around blindly. I use the mop function daily and for lightly soiled floors they get the job done. Vacuum bag took about 3 months to fill up with 1 German shepherd. I had an issue with the dustbin and contacted customer service which was excellent and sent a replacement immediately. For the features and price combined with the service it has been great

I am very happy with how much dirt Dustin gets off the ground. The ground is very clean after Dustin is done vacuuming and mopping. The charge time is great, and the product holds a long charge. Maintenance on the product is minimal and easy. I enjoy the app features that allow Dustin to clean routinely, with this our floors have never been cleaner. The product is quiet while vacuuming and sticks to the boundaries set. We enjoy this product very much.

Best vacuum purchase EVER! I am so impressed with Dustin, though we renamed her Lucy. She vaccines well and does an excellent job mopping all our tile, which is almost half the house! With a german shepherd that sheds like crazy and 3 adults in the house, we need to vacuum multiple times a week. With Lucy, it’s no problem at all. Just hit “go” and away she goes to vacuum the house. I can’t believe how easy this machine is to use.

This Dustin Bobsweep had performed unexpected very well since purchasing it approximately 3 months ago. It has computed its pattern throughout the floor and transitions easily from tile, to carpet and wood without any issues; and it always find its way back to the docking station.

Dustin has been great. I've had multiple vacuums from competitors, and Dustin may just be my favorite. It has been a big help around the house with both mopping and vacuuming. I really enjoy how easy it is to use and the maps it produces of my house in the app. I love being able to have it just vacuum the living room real quick etc. The only thing I would improve upon is the auto-empty feature. I have a dog with a lot of hair, and sometimes I need to have it empty a second time, but no big deal! I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought this vacuum 4 months ago, at first everything was working fine; loved the fact that had more suction than my other higher end vacuum but everything went downhill after the first update. I thought it was just a bug and made the vacuum remap again....Well I guess is not a bug because the map disappears after every update, it is very frustrating because I cannot use the quick clean, room clean or spot clean. It is not worth the money.

If you have a rug in your house, this is not the vacuum for you. I have not run the vacuum yet without having to go find it. I read the reviews and most are good so maybe it is just me. I have another robot in the house that was getting a little older so decided to buy this one just to help it and my old vacuum runs circles around this one. It is a great concept where it dumps automatically etc but the vacuum is very weak. My house is not terribly dirty.

We are happy with our purchase of the Dustin bObsweep. The vacuum has 3 speeds that work well on hardwood floors and carpets. We gave it a pet name, a former pet of the family. We joke how sometimes we don't know where it's going and call out to it to get back on track. We're excited about how it works and especially satisfied with the home features and how it has enough room to store dirt after multiple vacuums.

I had a roborock vacuum that is now several years old so I decided to updgrade to a newer robot vacuum model and move the old one to the basement. I assumed newer, more power and more expensive would mean better cleaning. Boy was I wrong. This vacuum was extremely disappointing. It doesn't get close to the walls, it maps and then instead of vacuuming right along furniture, it gives a wide birth so it misses entire sections. Even when you move furniture, it doesn't vacuum that area. The app is subpar compared to roborocks and doesn't give you a lot of options. The Dustin, even though the floor is mapped, often just spins confused going in one direction a few feet before spinning and going back the other and it does this on repeat for often 10 minutes before it figures out where it is. I have seen in go right over the top of loose items on the floor and not pick them up even though I can easily push them with my finger. I have actually picked up lint, etc and put it in the path of the Dustin and it still doesn't pick it up. So disappointing. I am going to return this and buy a roborock instead. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because it does empty well. and I never even tried the mop feature which is really just fill it up and gravity pulls the water down to the floor, doesn't sound like it would be very effective but I never tried it. I really only bought it for the vacuum and self emptying function.

I have had Dustin for about 3 months. I am extremely happy. I had a different robot vacuum before. But it did not map or self- empty. I reached out to customer service for help connecting to my WIFI. They were so great in responding and fixing my issue. I highly recommend.
