I have had bObsweep Dustin for a few months. It is quiet and I have reached out to customer service with questions a few times and they have been very responsive. Very happy with the purchase.

vacuum worked great till it had a technical issue . Had to send it back after a few months for repair but customer service handled everything great .It was repaired and is working correctly. The downside was i was without the vacuum for 2-3 weeks..

Best purchase I have ever made, it's nice and slick, I got the blue one. We have 2 dogs and there was always dog hair. The floors always feel so clean and it mops too.

its a great time saver. does a great job cleaning, just make sure you dont have loose wires on floor as that can get bob hung up. this is my first robo vacume and i bought 2.

Dustin gets pretty good layout of the floor and able to manuever around plain floor to carpet. Easy to use. App customization took some learning but easy to use. Come home to a clean space when dustin is activated remotely from app!

Haven’t used the mop yet, I am just in love with the vacuum's self emptying function! Three dogs kept me busy manually vacuuming and sweeping on a daily basis, but the robo vacuum has been a game changer.

Due to extenuating circumstances I have not had the opportunity to use the product. Being a caregiver for my loved one. Living in a different home. I am not able to use the Dustin Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum and Mop to date.

The vacuum works really well, but the mop is worthless. It says to use water in the mop reservoir so basically this thing is dragging around a wet wash cloth to “mop.” I sent mine around twice and my floors still look dirty.
