Purchased this as a gift for myself to save time cleaning and I am so happy I did! Schedules work great and it runs every day in the morning. I haven't really used the mop feature that much but the few times I did it worked great. No issues really except if the kids leave socks on the floor it can get hung up and will go into a trouble mode. Aside from "user error" I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone who is looking into purchasing one.

It keeps disconnecting from the Internet and losing the mapping. We have Starlink and it reboots sometimes but none of our other devices have this same problem. It's out of order most of the time. We bought a second one for a large 6,000 sq ft open space (no obstricles, just open floor and walls) and it won't map the whole place, it tries but only maps about 1/3 of it before it's packs its dust and heads for it's home.

Dustin is doing a good job so far, and seems to pick up most dirt and hair particles fine. His navigation seems "smarter" than the previous two robot vacuums I had. Sometimes he outlines the area first and then fills in the middle, and then I have seen him do the middle first and then the boundaries at other times. It was surprising to me how quiet he sounds as he is doing his job. However, I was a bit startled at the noise during the very first docking when he was emptying into the vacuum bag. I now know to expect that. He did get stuck under a bench leg at first, and didn't make a sound (no beeping) so I had to look high and low for him. I have not used the mop feature yet. I have not downloaded the app yet either, as it's just been easy to manually push the 'Go' button and let him do his job around the house, and then dock himself so that he's charged up and ready to go the next time around.

I bought Dustin 4 months ago. It did such a great job, getting into corners, going underneath the furniture and vacuuming entire 1st floor. We are so impressed we bought an additional one for our second floor. Second one also did a fabulous job of vacuuming. Not much assembly required. Very easy to put it together . Once you let it go it takes its time and finishes vacuuming and goes back to its station. Highly recommend the product. Bobsweep customer service and Sam’s customer service were also excellent in hep with the product.

We run Dustin every week with deep mopping and high vacuum power. We got 2 dogs in the house and as much as it gets most of their fur there are still some that are left out specially on corners and edges, the mop on the other hand, you can feel the clean smooth difference when it's done. Overall Dustin is doing good so far and I hope it will last long.

My experience as an owner of 2 shedding dogs, a crawling baby, and a home with hardwood floors. Dustin’s map was very accurate, the robot was able to identify my baby’s playpen even when I would move it, and the map would update accordingly. Battery life was excellent, especially compared to past robot vacuums I have used. I never had Dustin return to the charger simply because of low battery. The robot is always ready to clean. The dustbin is able to handle the fur of my 2 high shedding dogs, and all the crumbs left behind from a baby. I do not have to empty mid clean. Maintenance of the unit is minimal and easy to complete. The ease of upkeep is high encouraged, and makes a difference in the robot’s performance. I’m busy watching my baby, I do not have to watch Dustin and make sure he’s not stuck of lost. This is a huge help! The vacuum suction is powerful, admittedly I’d sometimes find baby socks stuck in the bin because the suction picked them up! I had to do a warranty replacement of my unit for a random failure. I got my unit the next day after they shipped it to me. The employee who helped me via email was extremely responsive and attentive. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had to date anywhere.

I read the reviews prior to purchasing my first and I did some checking on my 5G being able to support 2.4 and, indeed, most already have a guest account with the slower speed and if mine had not, the Internet router had the option - so that was terrific. On s the maps were set, it didn't matter what wifi I used on the phone. I bought a second vac on the day I was able to use the first. I have had no problems to fix, but I have used customer service for questions and they have been incredibly responsive and helpful, even sending a second brush after I explained why it would be helpful. Love my BOB and DUSTIN Highly recommend at the $199 price!

I have had Dustin for about a month and use it daily. We have 2 English Bulldogs that shed alot. Dustin takes care of it! He does a very thorough cleaning, even in the corners. I love that I can remotely start Dustin and I don't have to empty him every time. I would definitely purchase Dustin again!

I bought this based on great price and good reviews. $200 for a brand new self emptying robot vacuum seemed almost too good to be true! Unfortunately, it was not good at all. The packaging is great and it looks well made, but it's performance is horrible. The app is well laid out, but the mapping is innacurate and the area avoidance function did not work. The vacuum would constantly get stuck on flat low pile carpet and the edge detection didn't work either. The self emptying function is loud enough to wake the dead. I had to return this. I would suggest paying a little more and getting a better model.

I never in my life thought that I would purchase a robot vacuum much less one with a mop. Here I am....I work two jobs, care of my elderly dementia mother, I have an autistic grandson and two others living my condo. This little guy (UltraVision) not only surprised me with his work ethic but his results were just what I wanted. I am here to say, my friend was right about a robot vacuum, gives me some time that I normally would not have. I purchased this via Sam's Club online at a promotional price..... I have not used the mop function only because I have not had the time to really read the information. I will! I am very pleased with the vacuum alone!!!
