Dustin has been great. Had him about three months and he cleans the main floor twice a week. Great with dog hair. Dont know why i waited so long to buy.

I bought this vacuum a couple months ago and it works great. I love the self emptying feature and it actually takes a lot less time to do my 1200 square house than I would have thought. One thing to note is that I have to pick up my throw rugs.

This little machine is great! I am amazed at how well it does. I even posted a video of it vacuuming my livingroom on Facebook for my friends to see. I am one very pleased customer!

I purchased this Robot when it was on sale. And I have been using it EVERYDAY for two months. It does a great job to vacuum the floor. I have not tried the mop function yet.

Constantly plugs up, when it goes to the cradle to empty, it is still full doesnt empty. Youtube how to take it aoart to empty tge bin & clean brushes. Im cleaning it out weekly ... We have 2 long hair cats.

It broke in a month

I have had Dustin for about 3 months. I am extremely happy. I had a different robot vacuum before. But it did not map or self- empty. I reached out to customer service for help connecting to my WIFI. They were so great in responding and fixing my issue. I highly recommend.

So pleased with this purchase. Was skepticle about how well it would work. Out did my expectations for sure. Had a bit of an issue with the side brush and customer service worked with me until completely solved so even an a plus for them. Highly recommend.

Purchased this as a gift for myself to save time cleaning and I am so happy I did! Schedules work great and it runs every day in the morning. I haven't really used the mop feature that much but the few times I did it worked great. No issues really except if the kids leave socks on the floor it can get hung up and will go into a trouble mode. Aside from "user error" I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this to anyone who is looking into purchasing one.

By far the best robotic vacuum on the market. Near effortless activation of the bot and the cleaning it performs is commendable and it is highly efficient. Quieter than other models I have used. And your hands never touch any debris retrieved by the bot. The bot empties itself when it docks into its own dust bag. Well designed bot!
