Love, love, love this vacuum. Only had for a few days but it is so much better then our previous brand. The software is easy, it's pretty quiet, suction is great, love that it has replaceable parts, filter and bags. Plus my first one with a mop. We will be trying that out this weekend. It was on sale for a fabulous deal of $179 😮 Buy it you will not regret it. 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓

We've had Dusty in the office now for a few months and set it to run every night. Once in a while, like once every 2 weeks, it gets caught in the cords by our desk, but most mornings I walk into a clean floor and no tangles. Dusty is especially important, because our office is an acupuncture office and we want to ensure that no needles are ever left on the floor. I love that I can program it to run and that the app will show me how Dusty has been learning and covering more and more footage. Overall, I would highly recommend Dusty and its amazing skills.

I purchased bobsweep Dustin a little over a month ago. Very easy set up. After mapping the house with all it's crevasses, Bob maneuvers perfectly. Yes, we do call him Bob. We did move the cat food container (after mapping) & Bob got confused. When we realized what it was and put the container back to original place, Bob went on his merry way! We love Bob.

Not impressed. I’ve had it for a year or more. After a year battery doesn’t last the same. It skips rooms. Its suction is not the best. The mop feature leaves streaked on my tile. It Gets stuck in a few places since it not a think robot. I kept it so I wouldn’t have to return it but I don’t love it and wouldn’t recomendar it. It has more negatives than positives for me.

I jumped at the sale price for this machine. I had always wondered if a robot vacuum would work in my house. The good news is that the technology is very cool and does indeed work. The bad news is that it is not going to be with this vacuum. It is amazing how it maps and navigates around the house the first time you use it. It pairs easily with your phone and set up is smooth. My concern with robots was that it would get caught on throw rugs and the other items in a house. The videos always show this pristine floor with a huge open plan. that is not my house but the robot does fine, the first time. After the first time, it can't figure out where it is located and shuts down. You should be able to clean a room or a spot, but it can't do it because it throws a location error. I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hours. The net result was that I have to reset the robot and start all over. No change. After the initial mapping, it can't figure out its location. It makes the convenience of a robot worthless. This is a no go for me, but it's not all bad. It is effective when it vacuums and self emptying is a nice feature. One other bad thing is that it doesn't know when it is full. Kind of defeats the self emptying feature, IMO. Other reviews have said it is loud, but it is no louder than a regular vacuum and is much quieter on low power. The mop feature works pretty well, too, as long as your floors are slightly dirty. It will not replace a thorough cleaning. In conclusion, I consider this a pretty good entry level self emptying robot, at the $200 sale price. It may work for you and the price is good enough to find out. It didn't work for me because of the location issue. Not knowing when it is full is also something to consider. At the full retail price, which it is now listed once again, this is absolutely not worth it. There are much better robots for much less available.

We have had ours for two months now. The flat platform for docking is great. The "other" brand has a ramp and eventually won't dock correctly due to worn motors and plastic buildup on the charging connectors. bOb is engineered totally differently and I expect it to last much longer at a lower price. The one downside so far has been that it does not do as well with cords and shoe laces as the other brand, but tidying the cords one time has remedied that problem.

Had Dusty for about a year and he worked great. Then all of a sudden he would get caught on corners, under the couches, and just stop in the middle of a job. He never got caught under or on anything before. I called customer service and of course, I was forced to deal with AI. I followed all of the instructions...restarted the device, made sure that there was nothing in the way and put blocks of wood at the couches so he wouldn't go under (this irked me the most because having a cleaning machine having the ability to go under the couches was a selling point for me). Finally I was able to find an email address. It took them over 3 months to respond. And guess what the response was?!?! Just go ahead and restart the device as it is probably a software update. I threw him away almost 30 days after sending the email. I don't have time for stupid.

Bought one of these for myself and one for my granddaughter and her husband for Christmas and we both love them. They do exactly what they are supposed to do.. Had my grandson set it up for me and it works great.. I'm handicapped (wheelchair) so it really is a God sent.. I'm so happy with it..

I purchased this to replace my existing robot vacuum..it can not finish my downstairs of 3 rooms before it's dead and quits in the middle of the floor.. The runtime might be 15 min at most. I expected it to find its way back to power source before quitting, but it doesn't.

Dustin performs better than expected. A great helper especially for my house with doggies. Its mapping function seems to work well. Love the quick cleaning feature for specific room or area. You really can't beat the price when it was on sale at Sam's so I bought a few more for family members :-)
