I purchuced him Blk Friday 24 I use him 2x a wk. I have home on high but just recently found that option and thought he did grwat job even before that. He does pick up a ton of my long hair so keep an eye in his vaccum roller! He maps very well. And cleans with very little work. I have 2-72" memory mats in my kitchen that give him a slight issue due to the thickness but he fogures rhem out each and everu time lol. I love him!!

I've owned several robot vacuums. This is the best one yet. I'm impressed with its map and ensuring it vacuums every single area of the house. Love it empties itself. We have 3 dogs and LOTS of hair. We've had to unclog it a few times because there is too much hair for the self empty to get but I'd still give it 5 stars. Well worth the money.

Over the last eight years, I have owned 4 different robot vacuums (Neato $500, Samsung $1200 , Dyson $1000 and now Dustin). Each one has its own benefits from previous products but Dustin is by far the most advanced and works flawlessly. Dustin is also in the right price range. My house is a single story approximately 3200 square feet home with hard floors. On Dustin’s first run, he was able to map the entire house and still have battery left over. The app works well and allows you to control Dustin from your phone for spot cleaning. I haven’t had to empty Dustin’s bin yet because he has a large storage bag. Dustin is able to find his home without help and hasn’t gotten stuck under and furniture. I have only used the vacuum feature so far but am excited to try his mopping capabilities.

We had previous robot vacuum and this is definitely a lot quieter than our old one. It works great and I am always amazed at how much it picks up. We didn't have a self-emptying vacuum before so we are loving that feature. We are very happy with this purchase.

The price was great to use but the biggest problem is that the mopper is not at all smart. Once you add liquid and have the vacuum mop, you have to empty the water tank and unlike my last Shark vacuum which used to clean daily and mop once in two to three days used to mop and never had to empty the mop liquid.

Wonderful Robot! Finally one that gets in the corners, stays focused and gets the entire job done. Doesnt hang up on surface changes. doesnt need its "diaper" changed often. Excellent tech support. Hides behind chair when done. Mop zones easily set up

We were very happy to welcome Dustin into our home. He’s been a great little addition to the family and was very easy to house train. We really enjoyed the little announcement card that came with him. Initial startup and setup was super easy. I HATE reading pages of instructions and found the APP very intuitive. The LiDAR mapping is superior. He’s a good boy! Seriously, this is a great product and I am very happy with its performance. The app lets you control the schedule as well as what areas you want vacuumed on a daily basis. I think it’s fairly quiet. It’s a little loud when it returns to its base and empties itself bit it only takes a few seconds to empty to I don’t mind at all.

This is my first robotic vacuum. I have always wanted to try one but was overwhelmed by the different brands. I would always gravitate towards the brand names everyone knows, then rethink when I saw the price point. I literally did that for years, never wanting to pull the trigger…until I received an email from Sams with specials advertised. I thought it was too good to be true, and did my usual back and forth contemplating. I read all the reviews, was intrigued by the dry annd wet mop features, and walked away with a positive feeling about this robot vacuum and decided to finally give one a try! I cannot be more pleased with this purchase! It has been very effective and easy to use. I have not tried the wet mop feature yet so I can only comment on the vacuum part. Did it pick up every speck on the floor? No. Do I expect it to? No I think that’s unrealistic. But when I see how much it did pickup with ZERO effort other than pushing the go button, it’s an obvious choice! My husband and I struggle with shoulder and back injuries where the motion of vacuuming is difficult. We are so pleased with this purchase for effortless cleaning!

I purchased this vacuum solely because of the great sale price. I had no previous experience with bObsweep brand but since I planned to use it at a vacation home, I wasn't too concerned about it being an excellent vacuum. Boy, was I surprised! This vacuum was so easy to set up. As I was watching it run and map for the first time (it does those two things at the same time), I kept thinking I'm sure I missed something. It couldn't be that easy. But it was. The mapping was spot on! Every little nook was outlined and when it was all done, the carpet looked great, even had the lines in it, and the floors were clean. A few days later I tried the mop feature and was equally impressed. This is a great vacuum/mop combo. The app is easy to use and understand. Plus, I contacted customer service for the warranty, and they were great. In my opinion, Dustin is better than the other two more common brands that I've purchased in the past.

Bought one of these for myself and one for my granddaughter and her husband for Christmas and we both love them. They do exactly what they are supposed to do.. Had my grandson set it up for me and it works great.. I'm handicapped (wheelchair) so it really is a God sent.. I'm so happy with it..
