I purchased Dustin last March in anticipation of finishing our remodel. We started using him I. August when we moved in our remodeled home. Fascinating piece of both technology and efficiency. He mapped the first floor and would come out once a day as we scheduled one of the side brushed started coming off about 6 weeks later no big deal. Then he started a bit of being wonky. We contacted the company’s customer care and were blown away by their service and were sent a mailing Lago return him We were promptly sent a replacement. Great customer care. Our new one has been just great. I highly recommend this item based on the customer experience we had with the company

This is my first "robovac" and I love it. It cleans every nook and cranny and doesn't get stuck on the couple throw rugs I have. It doesn't get stuck anywhere. Thanks to a good friend who highly recommended the Dustin. He had two or three other brand "robovacs", that I remember seeing that got stuck and didn't clean well, before he purchased the Dustin. I was skeptical about it, but I am a believer in the Dustin!

I’ve been using my BObsweep since October. Our house is all hardwood flooring with area rugs and he’s navigated floor to rug transitions with no issue. Not currently using the mopping function but we have it set to vacuum every night at 4am. I have a cat and it does a great job with cat hair/cat litter. I still do my regular vacuuming but I feel like this helps minimize dust and cat hair between regular vacuuming. When the vacuum docks and self empties, it is a little loud (I was definitely startled the first time) but I’ve never used a similar vacuum so I have no frame of reference if this is standard. We keep our bedroom door closed since he tends to get stuck under our nightstands/bed but that’s not really a major issue. This is definitely my little helper and I’m so happy to have him here! He’s gotten stuck in a couple other areas of the house during normal cleaning so sometimes I find him in the morning in random places, stranded and alone. I tuck him back into his charging station and let him rest until the next morning! Our home is about 1600 sq ft and with him set to highest vacuum setting, no issues battery-wise. I’ve had no major issues and we’re satisfied with our product!

I saw this little gem go on sale and thought why not give it a try. We live in a 1700 s.f. home with hard wood floors. I thought if it doesn't work then I can just return it, but if it does what I need it to, well then I have made a smart purchase. So we renamed our Dustin to Alice (think Brady Bunch) and I am not super tech savvy, i was able to use the quick start guide and program 3 weekly cleanings. I can even watch it vacuum while I am at work. It navigates with ease, you can even program it for no sweep areas. There is a mopping feature which is ok, but for very small spaces. I'm not brave enough to let Alice mop the kitchen. but give me time. The time I save on vacuuming is priceless, Alice leaves the vacuum marks in my carpeted area so I can see where she's been. We have a cat and it picks up fur AND litter. I would purchase this little gem again! Love It! Thanks Alice Thanks Bobsweep Thanks Sams club!

Got this on sale from Sam's several months back. Had a small issue with it not taking a charge (my fault, left it uncharged for too long) but customer support was super helpful and got me back up and running in short order. This guy punches well about his price point. Best robot vacuum I've had to date and I've had several.

We've had Dusty in the office now for a few months and set it to run every night. Once in a while, like once every 2 weeks, it gets caught in the cords by our desk, but most mornings I walk into a clean floor and no tangles. Dusty is especially important, because our office is an acupuncture office and we want to ensure that no needles are ever left on the floor. I love that I can program it to run and that the app will show me how Dusty has been learning and covering more and more footage. Overall, I would highly recommend Dusty and its amazing skills.

I love my Bobsweep. I have other robotic vacuums this one is far better. It’s fully programmable, I like the mop feature as well as the self empty. That’s the feature I like the most. Best thing was the price. I have mine set to clean and mop every other day. Set it and forget it. Can’t say enough about Bob, although I renamed it. Overall 10 out of 10.

I purchased this vacuum solely because of the great sale price. I had no previous experience with bObsweep brand but since I planned to use it at a vacation home, I wasn't too concerned about it being an excellent vacuum. Boy, was I surprised! This vacuum was so easy to set up. As I was watching it run and map for the first time (it does those two things at the same time), I kept thinking I'm sure I missed something. It couldn't be that easy. But it was. The mapping was spot on! Every little nook was outlined and when it was all done, the carpet looked great, even had the lines in it, and the floors were clean. A few days later I tried the mop feature and was equally impressed. This is a great vacuum/mop combo. The app is easy to use and understand. Plus, I contacted customer service for the warranty, and they were great. In my opinion, Dustin is better than the other two more common brands that I've purchased in the past.

Bought one of these for myself and one for my granddaughter and her husband for Christmas and we both love them. They do exactly what they are supposed to do.. Had my grandson set it up for me and it works great.. I'm handicapped (wheelchair) so it really is a God sent.. I'm so happy with it..
