I bought this vacuum as a gift for my wife, and it has been amazing. First, I got it on sale which made it an unbeatable purchase. Second, it was an easy set up process. Thirdly, it cleans great and picks up a lot of dirt and hair. We have indoor dogs, and this little bot helps out so much. Finally, I was cleaning my bot and, in the process caused some minor damage to the motherboard. This damage prevented the bot from performing to its full capacity. I emailed Bobsweep support, and they handle my issue with great customer service. Even though the malfunction was my fault, they requested that I send it in for them to take a look. In just 5 days from sending my vacuum in, they had it on its way back, good as new. Once again it is making a big difference in our house.

vacuum seems ok but forget the brush. came with 2 (on the device + a spare). lost both in no time. they shipped another. brush will NOT stay on...terrible design...just snaps on, i.e. then just snaps off somewhere in the house. tech support has been very responsive but nothing they've suggested works. glad i only paid $199 on sale. no way it's worth $600. REVISED 9/16/24: Ruth at tech support has been superior. She ultimately replaced my unit. brushes now clearly snap on tightly (still don't believe that's the best design). vacuum has worked perfectly for a week. I won't use the mop feature. Dustin has been a great addition to our family. We have three kids so our floors are always dirty. Thanks to Dustin, we now have consisten clean floors. What I like the most is that Dustin is quiet, cleans well and his battery lasts a long time. Dustin has given us back more family time by taking the chore of sweeping and mopping. We love home!

Does not pick up hardly anything. Better to take 10 minutes to sweep floor instead of 30 minutes just to have to go behind this and resweep. Has a hard time finding the dock to charge, literally took it 13 minutes to find it. Only used it for a day and its worthless.

We bought Dustin a little over a month ago and we are in love with the product. Dustin mapped out our place well and cleans nearly every corner of the house. The self emptying vacuum and mop are amazing. Our floors have never been cleaner and we have saved time with it! We also enjoy the no mop and no sweep zones, very useful.

Dustin has been a little workhorse. I have really enjoyed not having to empty the bin every day. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats so sweeping is an everyday experience that I do not miss. I have yet to mop with it as I really have not tried to figure how to do it. Great machine though.

I bought this unit 2 months ago and am extremely happy with its performance. It's easy to program. I run it while I'm at work which has saved me so much time. I can now come home and relax and not have to worry about doing this chore. It's been a life saver.

This is my first robotic vacuum. I was not sure if it was going to work well. The Dustin has been working better than I thought it would. It goes underneath the out couch and under tables without an issue. We have two dogs that shed and the Dustin has been a big help on keeping the dog hair under control. I have had no issues with the Dustin so far. My only complaint about the Dustin is that hair gets tangled in the brush and that has to be cleaned every week.  Great product!

We absolutely LOVE DUSTIN! We got him in March and he has been doing a great job. He makes cleaning so much easier. It's great that you can have him clean the whole house or even just pick a room. The appt is easy to use. What is even better is that when I ordered Dustin, Sam's had a great deal on him ($199.98)! I think they need to come out with a new addition, "JUSTINE". She should clean baseboards, walls, and windows! Can't wait! LOL

Tried for a week. It has not remembered the map for a single attempt yet. I thought if this product was normally $400 higher than the sale price that it must be good. I was wrong. We will continue using Roborock which we have been very very pleased with. I purchased two for different areas and am returning both of them. The app is the same as the quality of the vacuum. We will purchase other brand that we are satisfied with to replace them for close to the same price.
