Not impressed. I’ve had it for a year or more. After a year battery doesn’t last the same. It skips rooms. Its suction is not the best. The mop feature leaves streaked on my tile. It Gets stuck in a few places since it not a think robot. I kept it so I wouldn’t have to return it but I don’t love it and wouldn’t recomendar it. It has more negatives than positives for me.

We bought this last summer it was working fine then suddenly, not so fine. I contacted BObsweep and was hooked up with Gabriel who has been amazing. It is so refreshing to have a company representative that has found and holds onto, the lost art of customer service that so many companies gave up the search. I sent it in, got it refurbished sent back and it’s working great and have been contacted by Gabriel to be sure all is well with the repairs on several occasions. Sure wish it was this way, the right way to do businees, with most of the other companies I deal with. Oh yeah the one thing I really wish this had was a “find me” button that would lead us to where ever it ran out of juice or got stuck. Again thanks Gabriel well played sir, well played!

We had a romba many years ago, and we hated it. Of note, it didnt have the self emptying base. Its mapping function was terrible. Im sure with advances in technology, rombas have improved, but we didnt want to purchase another. I saw this one on sale ($400 off!) and decided we would try it. We have 3 dogs and have been amazed with how well this works. We have yet to try the mop function in the 2-3 months we have had it, but use the vacuum function, daily. We have wood floors throughout with many area rugs, so unsure how well the mop function would work. We liked this vacuum so much we purchased another for our upstairs. We have been very satisfied with our purchases!

I've been on this decluttering and cleaning routine for 6 months now. Life changing. I bought my first Dustin (I call him Geoffrey) last fall for the main floor. I just bought a second for upstairs. I love this. I don't know how I have lived without a robot vacuum for so many years but if you don't have one, do yourself a favor and get this. I placed an order for a different brand when this one came back on sale. I immediately cancelled the other order and bought this one. I ordered a second so the first unit doesn't wear out as quickly doing two levels. I work from home and this runs while I'm working, so when I finish my long hours, I don't have to run the vacuum. I can just clean up the kitchen. The Bobsweep works well in my house. I have carpet and hard floors and it keeps both clean and picked up. It leaves tracks in the carpet as nice as my Dyson. I have an English mastiff and they shed twice a year, six months at a time. It keeps the hair off the floor and carpet and emptying the dustbin couldn't be easier. I've just recently had to install a new brush -- even the supplies aren't expensive. Overall, I would highly recommend this purchase. It's the best money you'll spend for the convenience.

I bought this product back in February ('24) and have loved this product. it works great compared to similar products. There is also a lot to love about this machine! it sweeps, it mops, and it even empties itself out so you don't have to and it has an easy to use app to control your machine with. it maps out your house and you can even separate the different rooms so that you can then tell the bot to clean specific areas. also in the app there is a store to get any replacement parts or accessories that you need for your specific device if you need. Its actually pretty quiet while it is cleaning even on the highest suction setting at least to me. I have 2 dogs and a child and we live in a very sandy area and it really handles keeping the floor clean after they track in sand from walks outside. I like to walk barefoot through the house but HATE getting sand on my feet. this solves that fantastically!!! On top of all of that the Customer Support is top of the line and will run through any issues that you have and do everything that they can to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. I am definitely very happy with this product and will absolutely be staying with this company with all of my robotic sweeping needs!

I love my new Bobsweep Dustin robot vacuum. With a large dog and 2 cats, I am finally able to keep all the animal fur under control and off my wood floors and low pile rugs. I love the I can block off certain areas where I don't want him to sweep so he doesn't get caught on my high pile rugs. My favorite thing is being able to control him through my Google Home app. Using voice control has proven to be so convenient. I also love that his dust bin is self emptying although it sometimes get clogged if I wait too many days between sweeps. I am very happy with "Bob"!

We were very happy to welcome Dustin into our home. He’s been a great little addition to the family and was very easy to house train. We really enjoyed the little announcement card that came with him. Initial startup and setup was super easy. I HATE reading pages of instructions and found the APP very intuitive. The LiDAR mapping is superior. He’s a good boy! Seriously, this is a great product and I am very happy with its performance. The app lets you control the schedule as well as what areas you want vacuumed on a daily basis. I think it’s fairly quiet. It’s a little loud when it returns to its base and empties itself bit it only takes a few seconds to empty to I don’t mind at all.

It took a while for Dustin to arrive. He got hung up in Vegas for a bit. We were getting concerned he had gone into some gambling debt and was being detained. He did finally appear on the doorstep and we took him in. Once he made himself at home we have had a pretty decent relationship. We have found it's best to send him off for a tour of the house more frequently due to the cat fur. Too much will definitely set of his allergic reaction to cleaning. We have also discovered certain situations cause him to fling off his brush and go roaming naked. We have thought about what kind of surgery we could have done to alleviate the problem, but haven't come up with a solution. Overall, we are pleased Dustin moved in with us.

I bought this based on great price and good reviews. $200 for a brand new self emptying robot vacuum seemed almost too good to be true! Unfortunately, it was not good at all. The packaging is great and it looks well made, but it's performance is horrible. The app is well laid out, but the mapping is innacurate and the area avoidance function did not work. The vacuum would constantly get stuck on flat low pile carpet and the edge detection didn't work either. The self emptying function is loud enough to wake the dead. I had to return this. I would suggest paying a little more and getting a better model.

We are absolutely loving our bio robot vacuum, bOb (as we kept the name) we purchased our Biosweep in December. Biosweep is easy to map the house and learn all the skills. It does an amazing job vacuuming floors and our rugs as well as mopping and easy to block out the rugs/areas not to mop. Biosweep keeps a really great charge and if it happens to run low it will dock itself to recharge and when the battery is full it will return to where it stopped and finish the task. I haven’t had to go behind and sweep or mop as well as there are no streaks left behind on our floors. We also have pets and Biosweep is a back saver at picking up all the dog hair, I don’t have to constantly sweep anymore. So far we are happy with this purchase. 10 out of 10 at this point !
