I have had Dustin for a few months. It did a great job mapping my house and allowing me to edit it for my needs. Does a great job on both my tile and carpet floors. Only issue I had is the map got messed up and I had to remap the house. Solved this by saving the map on another floor so if it messes up again I have a backup. Overall, I would recommend.

We love our Dustin Bobsweep! The app is so helpful and easy to use. Since Dustin mops as well, there are options to add "no mop zones" on the app and it works well. I watched him mop and it did a great job. The self-emptying is another great feature. This is a perfect addition to our new house and I couldn't be happier with our purchase. A must buy!

I bought this to replace my 10 plus old iRobot so I could take advantage of newer technology with radar. Dustin does a great job at navigating my home and love the fact that I use low setting while vacuuming the house so it doesn't distrube me on those work from home calls.

Tried for a week. It has not remembered the map for a single attempt yet. I thought if this product was normally $400 higher than the sale price that it must be good. I was wrong. We will continue using Roborock which we have been very very pleased with. I purchased two for different areas and am returning both of them. The app is the same as the quality of the vacuum. We will purchase other brand that we are satisfied with to replace them for close to the same price.

I purchased the Dustin Wi-Fi Connected Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum and Mop "Bob" on sale for 199.98 back in Februrary and I love it! I have all wood floors through out my home & was constantly sweeping. (I have a short haired dog). Now I let Bob do all the heavy work when we are out of the house enjoying our retirement! I have yet to try the mop feature.

Great robot vacuum! The mapping capabilities are the best, I have owned several robot vacuums in the past and none have ever come close to comparing to this Dustin Bobsweep robot. Self-emptying is a huge bonus. I have a Golden Retriever which sheds and sheds, then sheds more, this vacuum can handle her hair, like I said BEST robot vacuum ever! You can bet I will purchase another one of these vacuums when it wears out.

The sweeping tool( foot) was falling down always… then I was looking for it around the house for hours… ending up returning it
