I received Dustin about a month ago, and have used it multiple times. It is a great help in keeping up with the hair of two dogs and two cats. I do have to empty it 3x during the cleaning of our first floor, which is approximately 1,500 sq. feet. So, that tells me it is doing a great job in picking up the dust and debris. I have not yet used the mopping function because it has been so wet and rainy where we live, that it has not been worth it to use yet. I would recommend this product. It saves me the energy of vacuuming!

Purchased in July 2024. The first couple of weeks, I needed to help clean it out. . . because it was doing such a great job of getting the dust and dog hair built up under my furniture. I have an AmStaff & Malinois. Once we got past those first couple of weeks, I send it out twice a day to sweep. We went from sweeping/vacuuming floors and feeling like they were still dirty to barefoot and clean. My only negative is when I was looking to get the new accessories (new filters, side brush, bags). This has been a little difficult to find.

Our new bObsweep is the Bob Diggity! A vacuum sucks out the contents when he docks and is self cleaning extremely efficiently. It has mapped the entire house to the square inch, has anti impairment moves to get himself out of getting stuck probs. and if he gets stuck, which is very rarely, we know exactly where he is by glancing at the app map. I would recommend this droid five stars out of five. Someone really got this right. I have had droid vacs before that needed serveral issues during cleaning. This one does NOT!! It works it out for itself. Highly recommend!

I bought this vacuum during a summer doorbuster sale in 2024, shortly after receiving a Shark robot vacuum as a gift and falling in love with it. I was a little hesitant since I wasn’t familiar with this brand, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance—I haven’t had a single regret! It comes with its own app and also works seamlessly with Smart Life, which makes integration with Home Assistant super easy (if you're a smart home enthusiast like I am.) After several months of use, I did run into an issue where it would occasionally stop for no reason. I contacted customer support, and they immediately sent me a return label. About a month later, I got my unit back, good as new! Maintenance is simple—most of the filters are washable, and it’s easy to empty and clean. I have a dog that sheds a lot, and this vacuum does a fantastic job keeping my floors free of pet hair. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!

Bought this little vacuum about 1 month ago. Side bush will not stay on and I don't think mop very effective. However, that being said. Dustin starts right on time each morning and is a HUGE help in keeping down the dog and cat hair. I don't have to use the big vacuum as much. Would buy again.

We've lived with this little bot for a couple of months now. I like the excellent suction power and that it's low profile. I probably won't use the mop feature, ever. You have to place a separate piece on the vacuum to do the mopping, and the reservoir is inside the bot, then empty it, and you have to let it air out each time you use it. At this price, though, who cares. I love that it can go under almost all of our furniture and especially the kitchen counters, which my other 'bots' couldn't do. Mapping feature is great. The app needs work, especially for spot cleaning feature...kind of confusing. This bot gets stuck quite a bit, on clothes, rugs, and things like guitar stands. I wish it was bagless. I hate having to buy replacement parts, and it's environmentally irresponsible, but I didn't pay much for this vacuum, and I'm getting my money's worth. I've definitely paid more for a different brand (600 ), and I returned several. We'll keep Bobsweep until he gives up, and if they can improve their technology, I would buy another one. Oh, and he's a pretty handsome little dude.

Great robot. Navigation is way better than irobot Roomba i5. Works very efficiently.

The app worked for a couple of times and then it stopped working properly.

Unfortunately, the connection between the vacuum and the base isnt good, and it keeps clogging.
