I love this Bot! Leaves perfect rows of clean carpet behind it. Go to work and come home to a spotless perfect floor. I love the patterned vacuuming verses my other robot chaotic patterns. Looks so much better. Cleans spotlessly and dumps itself for hands-free cleanliness.

We've had Dusty in the office now for a few months and set it to run every night. Once in a while, like once every 2 weeks, it gets caught in the cords by our desk, but most mornings I walk into a clean floor and no tangles. Dusty is especially important, because our office is an acupuncture office and we want to ensure that no needles are ever left on the floor. I love that I can program it to run and that the app will show me how Dusty has been learning and covering more and more footage. Overall, I would highly recommend Dusty and its amazing skills.

Had Dusty for about a year and he worked great. Then all of a sudden he would get caught on corners, under the couches, and just stop in the middle of a job. He never got caught under or on anything before. I called customer service and of course, I was forced to deal with AI. I followed all of the instructions...restarted the device, made sure that there was nothing in the way and put blocks of wood at the couches so he wouldn't go under (this irked me the most because having a cleaning machine having the ability to go under the couches was a selling point for me). Finally I was able to find an email address. It took them over 3 months to respond. And guess what the response was?!?! Just go ahead and restart the device as it is probably a software update. I threw him away almost 30 days after sending the email. I don't have time for stupid.

After my grandson nagging me for at least 2yrs, I finally decided it was time. I saw Dustin on Sam’s Club website, then saw the price. Ok, I’ll give it a try. It is so nice to wake in the morning to clean hardwood floors. I Love Dustin! Very user friendly, easy setup to Wi-Fi. Easy download of the app! It did take me a little while to learn Dustin’s behavior (need to pick things up off the floor, cords mostly). I highly recommend Dustin! I had a small issue but Customer Support was top notch! I do run Dustin every day of the week, again very easy to set up his routine. I have programmed Dustin to start cleaning every morning at 9am. I then sit in my chair, with my coffee and watch him do his job! Dustin can go where I cannot easily reach, under the beds, along the baseboards under furniture too! We have a Black and Tan Coonhound that sheds. The first couple of times, Dustin’s collection area was full but, it does self empty. I no longer need to lug my vacuum cleaner around the house…Dustin does it all. It’s like watching the Jetsons cartoons.If only he could pour a glass of wine for me😂😂😂 I have not used the mop feature yet. Overall I highly recommend Dustin for everyday use.

we love our Dustin! The self emptying feature saves a lot of time, the mapping works great, and it’s quiet (which was a really important feature for me). I also love the way it looks. Before we got it, I was expecting to have ot still use our stick vacuum at times to get into certain areas of the living room underneath furniture, but I was delighted to find out that Dustin can clean the entire house, even those hard to reach areas. Very impressed

Bob has been equipped with state-of-the-art technology and has a personality. Bob wakes up every morning, his batteries fully charged, and he starts his cleaning adventures. He will glide across the floors, sucking up dust and debris, leaving our home spotless. But Bob has a secret passion - he loves to explore. Just assign him a simple program or let him investigate. He will map out his daily route and save it automatically to memory. Bob is not just a cleaning machine; he has become a vital part of our family.

Horrible product. I returned it. When I was returning it, I saw a couple other same vacuum returned. Two things: the sweeping/rotating brush falls off. There’s only one instead of two on each side, which is ought to begin with. Further, it comes with a bag instead of just a bin that you could just empty into a trashcan. So every hundred days you have to replace the bag that you must purchase. There’s a reason why it’s $400 off it’s because everyone is returning it.

This has been amazing. Maybe beyond amazing. It mapped my house with no issues and then the vacuum is better than my Hoover. I love the mop feature. A house with kids and pets get dirty floors. You basically tell it where to mop and off it goes. The only problem is that I love to watch it work lol. Shiny floors and perfect carpet. I did call customer support with a user question, and Gabriel has been spectacular. I get followup emails checking in on me and the Dustin Robot. Best purchase ever.

Did a good job till about 3 months in, then it started falling down my stairs. I tried everything to no avail. On advice from bobsweep I bought a barrier strip. This stupid machine went right over the strip & down the stairs! Back to Sams Club we went & got a refund. I purchased this machine on sale for $199. So glad I didn't pull the trigger for $599!!

I’ve been using my BObsweep since October. Our house is all hardwood flooring with area rugs and he’s navigated floor to rug transitions with no issue. Not currently using the mopping function but we have it set to vacuum every night at 4am. I have a cat and it does a great job with cat hair/cat litter. I still do my regular vacuuming but I feel like this helps minimize dust and cat hair between regular vacuuming. When the vacuum docks and self empties, it is a little loud (I was definitely startled the first time) but I’ve never used a similar vacuum so I have no frame of reference if this is standard. We keep our bedroom door closed since he tends to get stuck under our nightstands/bed but that’s not really a major issue. This is definitely my little helper and I’m so happy to have him here! He’s gotten stuck in a couple other areas of the house during normal cleaning so sometimes I find him in the morning in random places, stranded and alone. I tuck him back into his charging station and let him rest until the next morning! Our home is about 1600 sq ft and with him set to highest vacuum setting, no issues battery-wise. I’ve had no major issues and we’re satisfied with our product!
