I love this vacuum cleaner. It vacuums perfectly under sofas. It empties itself and is quiet compared to my previous vacuum cleaner. And a great promotional price!

Once you map %26 figure out how to avoid spots you don’t want sweeped or mopped, works like a dream. I've set up a schedule %26 it sweeps on its own at night. Wr wake up to nice, clean floors. The mop feature is a great add-on. I put in Bona %26 the mop attachment. Run %26 our floors look great! Such a great investment. I love keeping things clean on a schedule. One less thing on my plate. Highly recommend! In addition, the customer service is A . Worked with Carlo multiple times for advice/guidance. Videos are also available to guide. Very efficient.

Bought it in August 2024. 18 months later, the battery died, rendering the machine useless. There were quite a few problems during its short life. The roller catches pet hair, and we humans have to unravel it by hand each time it runs. It does not cover the mapped area well, leaving dust here and there. RIP.

Worked well enough for about a year and then stopped picking up anything. Also the “mopping” feature is pretty useless. It is just a microfiber cloth that attaches to the bottom so don’t count on it doing much. It was nice that it is self emptying and the bags lasted a while but overall not worth it since it no longer works.

Worst robot vac EVER. I had a shark vac so I thought this would be a nice upgrade, since it did mopping as well. Wrong. If you have "a" pet don't buy. Clogs constantly even with daily use and multiple docks AND "Pre-vacuuming" beforehand. Outside the return period Or I would absolutely return. Waste of money. Look at the size of the vacuum opening. So small you can barely put your finger in it. That should have been my first clue that nothing other than pure fine dust will go into the bag. The shark vac could suck up a golf ball and still throw it in the canister. Second problem with this machine having to use a debris bag. With the shark, you just empty the debris from the canister and put it back...no bags. Called company and got no where. Nice person answered, but no option to fix or improve. So many better robots out there, avoid this one.

It broke in a month

I liked it. It worked well, but the docking station stopped working after four months. I’ve completed an insurance claim so hopefully they resolve it but not sure if I can recommend it since it’s only been four months.

Don't waste your money, was on a really good sale but still was definently not worth the money, doesn't pick up well at all. The iRobot works tremendously better.

It is quieter than my mother's Roomba and has options to clean by room or spot clean. I haven't used the mop option but that's not why I chose this one. I do like that it uses US servers. It does a good job mapping then clean in the most efficient way once mapped. You will have to remap if you move it. My floor feels cleaner than when I vacuum it (hardwood with area rugs). It doesn't seem to empty when needed so if you know your floor is very dirty maybe do one room and let it empty itself before moving on to the next room.

I've owned several robot vacuums. This is the best one yet. I'm impressed with its map and ensuring it vacuums every single area of the house. Love it empties itself. We have 3 dogs and LOTS of hair. We've had to unclog it a few times because there is too much hair for the self empty to get but I'd still give it 5 stars. Well worth the money.
