I recently bought the Dustin on sale from Sam's Club. I had an older model iRobot for which I had to constantly empty the on board dust receptacle and clean and change the filter. It began taking about 3 hours to complete my two bedroom one bath house as it constantly needed emptying and charging (even after I put in a new battery). The Dustin completes the job in an hour and I don't have to empty the dustbin as it automatically is sucked into a bag that only needs to be dumped when it's full. I have vacuumed several times and the bag is not full yet despite the fact that I have several animals. It's also much quieter than my iRobot when it is vacuuming which does not prevent me from taking Zoom calls for work. I am so happy with my purchase! the only thing that I can say that is a bit of a drawback, is that the little Edge brush comes off when vacuuming, but one email to Bobsweep and they gave me the resolution to fix that, so the customer service is also great. I have not used the mopping option yet so cannot report on that. I pleased with my purchase! It has made a huge difference in how often I run the vacuum and how clean it feels once done.

This is the dumbest "smart" vacuum I have ever seen. We have another unit made my a bargain competitor that is way smarter and more efficient. We actually unplugged it after about 3 months and went back to our old one we replaced with the Dustin. Dustin is terrible with mapping! After resetting it multiple times, it still couldn't figure out a simple 1100 sqaure foot floor plan. It always had a hard time finding it's way home as well. I would stick with a cheaper, Smarter, alternative.

Bought for my daughter after having twins to help since she has 2 cats. Worked great for 2 weeks then stopped picking up. Called the company and they called back shortly after. They went thru a few steps to see if it would work. It didn’t so they are sending some er or different brushed. So we will see. They were very nice to talk to and am hoping the problem will be taken care of because my daughter loved it.

Regularly gets lost and can't locate home base despite being in the middle of the bathroom just down the hall. Gets stuck on the slight raise separating carpet and linoleum when leaving some but not all linoleum areas despite all areas of the home being identical. Mop also just calls for plain distilled water, no cleaning solution of any kind so it's just getting the floors wet with basically a wet wash cloth.

The vacuum does a good job vacuuming, it's relatively fast and the battery power lasts longer than my shark robot. I don't like the fact that it has bags that you have to change and they are expensive to replace. I have not tried the moo feature yet.

Great robot but software needs updates. My house is not all squares a lot of triangles and triangles are not an option on the app for no mop or no sweep zone. Disappointed that the robot does not recognize carpet to hard wood but that is on me as not an option on this model. But cleaning wise Dustin does his job well enough.

Dustin has appealing features of vacuuming & mopping, however the rotating brush attachment kept falling off and the mopping feature is spotty at best. Also the mapping was off & difficult to figure out. I think Dustin needs more technical tweaking to work better and the brush attachment needs to be redesigned as it does not fit snugly enough to stay on. I think Dustin could be a competitive product on the market if these flaws were corrected.

We've lived with this little bot for a couple of months now. I like the excellent suction power and that it's low profile. I probably won't use the mop feature, ever. You have to place a separate piece on the vacuum to do the mopping, and the reservoir is inside the bot, then empty it, and you have to let it air out each time you use it. At this price, though, who cares. I love that it can go under almost all of our furniture and especially the kitchen counters, which my other 'bots' couldn't do. Mapping feature is great. The app needs work, especially for spot cleaning feature...kind of confusing. This bot gets stuck quite a bit, on clothes, rugs, and things like guitar stands. I wish it was bagless. I hate having to buy replacement parts, and it's environmentally irresponsible, but I didn't pay much for this vacuum, and I'm getting my money's worth. I've definitely paid more for a different brand (600 ), and I returned several. We'll keep Bobsweep until he gives up, and if they can improve their technology, I would buy another one. Oh, and he's a pretty handsome little dude.

I love my Bobsweep Bio! I have 3 Great Danes and although they don't shed like Husky's they still shed. It is so nice to leave the house and come home to it being cleaned. I have tried other robots and none of them stacked up to the Bobsweep Bio. You can set a schedule and after each cleaning it empties completely. I love the ability to select different room to be cleaned at different times during the week. I also love the fact that it cleans all along the baseboards then hits every area for the room its cleaning. The only thing I would change would be to give it more suction power, other than that I love it.

This is my second “robot” cleaner. The first one being several years ago. It died and went to vacuum heaven. I was concerned about getting this because I wasn’t sure what the setup was going to be like. So much easier than days of past! Love Dustin (now renamed Dusty!). He mapped our big living room and even “climbed” onto the rug to clean. I was amazed! He goes home to dump or to recharge 😂. I loved mine so much I told a friend and she bought one too!
