The two circular brushes were missing. A pair of new brushes were mailed out promptly and received within a week. Does a moderate job of vacuuming and is thorough in covering the floor space.

The vacuum cleaner disconnects very easily, when it gets stuck in something, it can't get back to work or go back to the base... Leaves a watermark when passing the mop.

Love my Dustin replaced two other brands I had before already so impressed with how good it does on all my floors especially under my beds. Easy to set up and mapping the house and the self emptying is great

Great vacuum! Emptying feature is wonderful. Love the feature that allows you to program cleaning of certain areas at certain times. Lots of customizing thru the app.

Easy to set up and works great! I have all hard surface floors and use it everyday now. App is great as you can select certain areas or rooms “Dustin” has been a great purchase.

We are having to remap our home, probably every three uses the vacuum no longer charges itself. We have to place it on the charger and we’ve had it for one month. Do not buy. This is trash.

It doesn't do good with dog hair. The dog hair gets stuck and doesn't empty into the waste bag at the end. An other problem is that it keeps loosing its brush to pick up dirt. At the end of the day the floor is still dirty with dirt.

Works better than expected. Gets into areas that I thought for sure it would miss like under the kitchen chairs and barstools. App is fairly easy to use.

We looked at several robot vacuums and decided on this due to the mopping capabilities and the price. Sam’s had a great sale so we snatched one up. We don’t regret it! This guy does the trick!

This guy far exceeds my expectations! Easy to set up, easy to schedule cleanings and does a great job. Haven’t tried the mop feature yet, but extremely happy with this purchase so far!
