Our Dustin has seamlessly integrated into our condo apartment and family life. The tracking and maneuverability are top-notch, making it the best robot vacuum we’ve ever owned or seen in action. The sleek black color adds a touch of elegance to our home. While the app could use some improvements, like adding a “skip next run” or “prioritize this room first” feature, we are hopeful for future updates. Turning off edge detection has significantly improved Dustin’s performance on our rug, as he no longer avoids the dark areas. We love how efficient and thorough Dustin is, and it would be fantastic to have a feature to send him to another room to rest, especially when we want to use the space for VR games. Overall, this is a super cool product, and we are committed to sticking with this brand of robots for the foreseeable future!

I have had DUSTIN Robot Vacuum for about a month now and so far I don't regret purchasing it -- however, there are some aspects of the vacuum that have made me only give it 3 stars. The first -1 is because the dust container on the actual vacuum gets clogged frequently. I have to manually unclog the port area so that it can self-empty properly. I have a dog with a single coat/short hair who sheds a normal amount; I couldn't imagine how a longer haired/double coated dog's hair might destroy this vacuum lol. The second -2 comes from me noticing that after sending DUSTIN through an area once, I sometimes have to send him through the area again because he didn't properly pick up all the dog hair/dust in that area. his little spinner brush sometimes pushes things out of the way instead of feeding the dirt to the vacuum area.

We love Dusty! For the last 11 years we have had a wonderful little dog who was a great companion. Unfortunately, we had to put him down a couple months ago. We miss having him around, but what we soon came to realize was that he was very good at keeping things clean under our table and in the kitchen. 😄 We've thought about getting a robot vacuum for a few years and this the problem of crumbs on the floor moved us to action. We looked at many options and decided on the bObsweep Dustin. Dusty arrived on our doorstep and we put him to work. He mapped our rooms easily and learned to avoid the various objects around the house. He does a great job with the regular schedule, easily moving from hardwood to carpet to vinyl. We also appreciate being able to send him to clean specific areas with the Quick Clean setting. Dusty is over one month old now and we love him.

The setup process and mapping the space was easy. We are happy with the vacuum purchase and hope it holds up for a long time. We don't intend to use the mopping feature so I can't report on that, but for the sale price of $300 we think this was a great purchase that keeps the floors clean of cat hair and cat litter between deep cleanings, which frees us up during the week to just enjoy the space. It's nice to come home from work to a clean floor!

The Dustin Robot was easy to setup, and I had no issues connecting to my Wi-Fi. I was surprised that it is quieter and actually vacuums my black rug that my previous iRobot would avoid. So far, I have only used it on my hard wood floors, and I haven't tried the mop feature yet. The Dustin also returns to the dock when it is finished unlike my previous robot, so it requires less supervision. It seems to have a good battery life; time will tell how it continues to perform, but so far, I am pleased with my purchase.

Overall Great Robot! I found while on sale at a good price. The only complaint I have is the mop function vs vacuum only is kind of hard to figure out, but once you get use to the settings works well. I love that I can push a button and get the area cleaned up quickly. I've had it for over two months now and really have very few complaints.

Dustin self emptying robot vaccum and mop has exceeded my expectations. I rarely leave a product review, but I am so proud of my purchase that I wanted to share my thoughts with others. I have scheduled it for regular cleaning twice a week and I additionally can do the spot cleaning with the push of a button on my phone on the app in high traffic areas and the kitchen. I still have not tried the mop features but I am excited to try it.

The vacuum, emptying station, and mapping ability all work very well. As a mop, this is a complete failure. You fasten a tiny piece of microfiber cloth under it, and it oozes a little water while dragging the cloth over your floor. Pointless, even if you don't have children at home any longer.

Got it during a sale. Definitely not worth the full price, but it's good value at $200. Good customer service. The bad part: I needed customer service (robot losing wifi connection). The dust bin is smaller than expected and the robot gets stuck every time during vacuuming where the previous non-fancy robot I used to own worked just fine (going from bare floor to carpet). But it is more powerful than the previous one and gets the job done in the end.

I was surprised at how good this works. I was skeptical that it would work at all, but saw that it was on sale and decided to give it a try. My house is mostly all on one floor, but has different levels and has carpet, hardwood, tile and linoleum. Once Dustin learned it’s to map the house, it can clean 5 rooms-6 rooms in about 40 minutes. I continue to be impressed with how well it works, how much time it saves me and how neat my floors are. I have two short hair dogs that used to leave a deposit of hear each day. My floors are nice and clean and easy to maintain. The only problem that I had was the brush falling off, but fixed that with a small piece of paper to make it fit more snug and it hasn’t fell off since.
