This is my third Bob sweep and this one is more advanced than any of the rest I love that it vacuums to empty out the dirt it does a great job it did a terrific job mapping the whole living room dining room kitchen area and I have it scheduled to run every single day twice a day and then it cleans out the dirt and I fill it with mop water and the rag and just let it I have to add that every other day

We've lived with this little bot for a couple of months now. I like the excellent suction power and that it's low profile. I probably won't use the mop feature, ever. You have to place a separate piece on the vacuum to do the mopping, and the reservoir is inside the bot, then empty it, and you have to let it air out each time you use it. At this price, though, who cares. I love that it can go under almost all of our furniture and especially the kitchen counters, which my other 'bots' couldn't do. Mapping feature is great. The app needs work, especially for spot cleaning feature...kind of confusing. This bot gets stuck quite a bit, on clothes, rugs, and things like guitar stands. I wish it was bagless. I hate having to buy replacement parts, and it's environmentally irresponsible, but I didn't pay much for this vacuum, and I'm getting my money's worth. I've definitely paid more for a different brand (600 ), and I returned several. We'll keep Bobsweep until he gives up, and if they can improve their technology, I would buy another one. Oh, and he's a pretty handsome little dude.

This device is always getting stuck in the same spots. Why can't it figure it out to stay away from these trouble-some spots. Alsi it will stay stuck all day until you trip over it. There is no alarm or communication skills. Ever other brand has an alarn when stuck, they even speak in English, not bobsweep. I do miss my Eufy's. I gave them away!

Looses the map all the time. Is not user friendly because is easy to fix the map disconnection if you are friendly to technology if you’re not (like my wife) you are screwed. Additionally, when it cleans, leaves water spots all over the floor even with the lower mop setting. I regret this purchase.

I love my Dusty! We have it scheduled for 3 days out of the week to vacuum and I feel like my floors are never dirty! I have a lab mix and she sheds all the time and dusty does its thing! I have no complaints! I have not used the mop function yet. I totally recommend you getting yourself a Dusty! It will not disappoint!

I am so happy with my Bobby! The dust on our wooden floors shows up so well when the sun comes in, I can't stand it. Now Bobby does my floors every three days and I am very pleased. I can't use the app with it yet, but I'll try again - it's a personal problem.

Horrible product. I returned it. When I was returning it, I saw a couple other same vacuum returned. Two things: the sweeping/rotating brush falls off. There’s only one instead of two on each side, which is ought to begin with. Further, it comes with a bag instead of just a bin that you could just empty into a trashcan. So every hundred days you have to replace the bag that you must purchase. There’s a reason why it’s $400 off it’s because everyone is returning it.

Dusty, as we call him is an unbelievable cleaner. We were suprised the first time using it. Dusty has great suction. The s heduled cleaning is nice, but a quick clean is really neat. He is connected to wifi and can be instructed to do a quick clean from anywhere with wi fi. We have not had it very long, but know it was a wise purchase.

Had Dustin for a month. It was easy to setup and use. Really like the ability to control the Nosweep Zone. Had to use this feature when it got stuck under a cabinet & also under the couch in electrical cords. We have hardwood floor with several rugs and a dog that sheds. Dustin does a great job. I’m very happy with it.

Regularly gets lost and can't locate home base despite being in the middle of the bathroom just down the hall. Gets stuck on the slight raise separating carpet and linoleum when leaving some but not all linoleum areas despite all areas of the home being identical. Mop also just calls for plain distilled water, no cleaning solution of any kind so it's just getting the floors wet with basically a wet wash cloth.
