Through the years I’ve had three robot vacuums. This is my favorite by far. It’s very quiet compared to the two Roombas I’ve had. It navigates around things rather than bumping into them. I wish that the water reservoir could be opened and totally dried out after mopping. It is difficult to ensure that it is totally dry inside when only a small flap can be opened. I have a mixture of tile and laminate flooring and I love that I can set no mop zones to keep water off the laminate. I definitely recommend this little robotic vacuum/mop because it surpassed my expectations.

I have a small home on a ranch that collects a lot of dust and pet hair. We have a yellow lab and 2 cats - the fur never stops! My patience with electronic devices is very low, but I decided I would try this vac just to say I did. My expectations were LOW. I finally got it out of the box and was surprised at how easy the set-up was. As instructed, I let Dustin move about the house to "map" it. He is very quiet and I was impressed at how he gently rounded around obstacles. (In my head- I was picturing this thing clunking and banking into furniture. That wasn't the case at tall). It only took him about 40mins to create a map of the house. I was able to easily navigate the app, customize the map, and set a cleaning schedule. I have to say I LOVE this vacuum. It has no problem with pet hair (and we have a lot of pet hair!). So far this has been a life changing purchase for me. I have not physically vacuumed in over a week and my floors look great. This is a great product!

The vacuum itself works very nicely! Hardly notice our husky is a house pet. We use the vacuum on 3 floors so we save 3 maps. Each time I make a new map active the schedules for the daily cleaning on the main floor have to be recreated. Wish they saved tagged to the saved map to reload with the map.

the bobsweep dustin model is great! ive had zero issue with the bobbot vacuum! it does a good job at vacuuming up most everything it has good features and lidar mapping . it does all the newish features and has all the tech of some of those way over priced bot vacuums but at half the cost ! great product, im happy with it !

We love Dusty! For the last 11 years we have had a wonderful little dog who was a great companion. Unfortunately, we had to put him down a couple months ago. We miss having him around, but what we soon came to realize was that he was very good at keeping things clean under our table and in the kitchen. 😄 We've thought about getting a robot vacuum for a few years and this the problem of crumbs on the floor moved us to action. We looked at many options and decided on the bObsweep Dustin. Dusty arrived on our doorstep and we put him to work. He mapped our rooms easily and learned to avoid the various objects around the house. He does a great job with the regular schedule, easily moving from hardwood to carpet to vinyl. We also appreciate being able to send him to clean specific areas with the Quick Clean setting. Dusty is over one month old now and we love him.

This is not a satisfactorily functioning piece of equipment. We bought this on sale quite some time back and have tried numerous ways to make this function as we felt it should but have officially given up. It simply will not do a decent job of picking up the same things our other brand of robot used on our upstairs floors picks up easily and with excellent results. We have tried switching them from one to the other. No luck. We will attempt to return it. DON'T bother BUYING this at ANY PRICE.

I bought this vacuum during a summer doorbuster sale in 2024, shortly after receiving a Shark robot vacuum as a gift and falling in love with it. I was a little hesitant since I wasn’t familiar with this brand, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance—I haven’t had a single regret! It comes with its own app and also works seamlessly with Smart Life, which makes integration with Home Assistant super easy (if you're a smart home enthusiast like I am.) After several months of use, I did run into an issue where it would occasionally stop for no reason. I contacted customer support, and they immediately sent me a return label. About a month later, I got my unit back, good as new! Maintenance is simple—most of the filters are washable, and it’s easy to empty and clean. I have a dog that sheds a lot, and this vacuum does a fantastic job keeping my floors free of pet hair. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!

Dustin Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum & Mop Delivers. I was skeptical at first but Sam’s made an offer I just county refuse. This thing was pretty much “Plug and Play”. The unboxing was easy, a few parts to attach, find a good place to place the unit, and while you let it charge some we recommend going straight to bObsweeps YouTube Channel and start watching some videos. I pressed Go and Dustin took off and started mapping our home. The mapping function is impressive, and the App lets you, Label, Divide, Combine, and create No-Sweep areas. I have read many reviews where people mention that it didn’t map correctly, or didn’t sweep well at all. I have to say we have not had an issue. For sure before you buy make sure your WiFi router has the dual bandwidth that this unit requires or lose you will just be able to control it at all. But for those of you that do not have that. There are mini plugin units that will take your 5GHz signal and convert it to a 2.4 GHz signal. These are readily available because many wireless cameras require that signal anyway so just buy it because Dustin is definable worth using. If there are any cons with this thing it would be, when Dustin goes back to recharge or dock after finishing a task. The self emptying unit will scare the crap out of you if you aren’t ready. It can be loud, so if it is near where you sleep or nap, find another place. It doesn’t take long probably less than 5 seconds, but it will wake you up if you have Dustin on a schedule. All in all, we couldn’t be more pleased. We haven’t used it for mopping and truthfully probably never will, so o cannot speak on that. Otherwise we 100 percent recommend this item.

I had been looking at this so when it went on sale I snagged it. The first one I has glitched so frequently I had to exchange it. This one is good, when it works smoothly. It has needed updated and restarted. The brush falls off almost every time I use it. It often does not get on the base to charge properly and when I try to start it, it is dead. I have to watch that the brush is in place and that the vacuum gets back onto the base daily. It's nice it is self emptying, but it does not automatically empty when full and the bin is relatively small inside the vacuum itself. I like the mapping, although it split one room of mine into two and I haven't figured out how to fix that. I have a golden retriever and it seems to pick up the hair well enough if I keep the roller clean. The mop feature is ok. You have to empty it if it doesn't use all the water and it is recommended to use filtered water. Overall, it is good enough, but I would have been disappointed if I had paid full price.

So far, I love it. Works really well. Easy to hook up and get started. I really like the mop. It sweeps and mops at the same time. The price was right too. I have a shark IQ. Love that one too, but decided to try this one for the mop. My mother got one and loved it. So, I decided to try it and so far, it is just as good.
