So far, I love it. Works really well. Easy to hook up and get started. I really like the mop. It sweeps and mops at the same time. The price was right too. I have a shark IQ. Love that one too, but decided to try this one for the mop. My mother got one and loved it. So, I decided to try it and so far, it is just as good.

The vacuum itself works very nicely! Hardly notice our husky is a house pet. We use the vacuum on 3 floors so we save 3 maps. Each time I make a new map active the schedules for the daily cleaning on the main floor have to be recreated. Wish they saved tagged to the saved map to reload with the map.

I bought an early BobSweep, and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, Dustin is nothing like its big brother. Even with customer service's help--and they have been very responsive, there's no adjustment I've found that makes this a good vacuum. It drops debris behind it instead of sucking it up into the bag. And that's another feature on Dustin I don't really like. It has a bag. It's not bagless like the first "Bob" I purchased. I had really hoped to love Dustin, but we're not a match.

We purchased the biosweep Dustin about a month ago. We have had two Roombas over the past several years and wanted to try a different brand. The Dustin vacuum is super impressive. While the latest Roomba is a couple of years old and does have WiFi, the mapping system Dustin uses is awesome. The track it takes also does a much more thorough cleaning than Roomba as it completely does a room back and forth prior to moving on. The ability to schedule it by rooms or zones is also awesome. Bought it for $200 from Sam’s, so couldn’t be more happy with the purchase. While you can only buy parts and additional bags from the biosweep website, the pricing is reasonable.

I ordered 4 of these while they were on price reduction (one for me and 3 for gifts). Two have already been unpackaged and used. One of those two ad to be set back to Bobsweep after the second day of use because it stopped working. Their customer service sent a shipping label and told us to return the sweeper and they will replace it once it is received. The one that is still working works OK. It does get stuck a lot, even though I've set up "no sweep" zones. I tried the mop function, but I will likely never use that feature again. The noise is about the same or a little less than my vacuum cleaner. When the sweeper goes back to the station and empties it is a loud whoosh sound that does not last long. When you're attaching the little brush, make sure you push on it hard until you actually hear a click other wise your brush will come off and you'll have to find it. One thing that could really be improved on, is the instructions. It comes with an Owner's Manual that really does not tell you too much. Make sure you get the app and use the QR codes on the Quick Start guide--that's where you will find the information that you really need. I hope the other 2 sweepers that have not been unboxed yet don't have any problems.

I am still learning how to use this. I have not used the mop feature yet. I had it turn on in the middle of the night so that was a shock. I have a heavy rug it has to go over and it doesn't do a good job but my upright vac has a hard time cleaning it also. I'm hoping it will help with the everyday cat hair. I will know more after using it for awhile.

Attractive, well-built, works great, except for a small flaw. Too bad there is not a 4.5 star rating. The side brush simply will NOT stay put! I have tried the suggested tightening of the attachment, but that just resulted in it tossing the side brush into a hidden corner where I can no longer find it. Before tightening, the side brush would slip off and be deposited in plain sight. The machine seems to work just fine without it. In comparison to a much more expensive name brand product that I have had for a couple of years, this one is much less finicky. Plus it mops, which is a major reason for purchase. My house configuration, though small, makes having 2 robots feasible and handy, Extreme value and other than that brush, I am quite happy with it.

The price was great to use but the biggest problem is that the mopper is not at all smart. Once you add liquid and have the vacuum mop, you have to empty the water tank and unlike my last Shark vacuum which used to clean daily and mop once in two to three days used to mop and never had to empty the mop liquid.

I am returning them, on the first use it went under a table and stopped moving, I moved it and it wouldn't move from that spot. I tried turning it off and it would not respond. Let it run the battery out and placed it on the docking station, it would not charge.

Works fairly well on hard floors and conventional pile carpet and is relatively easy to program. It is not good at picking up fine dog hair and is awful at handling a chunky wool carpet, leaving small bombs of lint all over the floors. It is often stuck on a jute carpet, too. I often just have to revacuum after it finishes.
