This is a great product to keep up with pet hair daily. I haven't used the mop feature, but the vacuuming alone is well worth the price. I'm impressed with the various surfaces this can navigate with ease and saving up to three different maps is helpful for homes with multiple floors or a room separated by a step.

An actual user: love this Bobsweep! This is our first robot vacuum. Their customer service never answers so any questions we've been looking up on Google! So you might not like it if you want customer service, we've used it about 1 week. We really only had basic questions but for the price you pay you would expect support. It really does the job and our floors look great! The self emptying is loud but that's only like 30 seconds! You do want it to empty! So we just deal with it! When using the mop feature I have not found a way to see the water level. In general it's good you're just not to get customer service!

The Dustin robot has been a great addition to my cleaning routine, offering efficient cleaning and impressive mapping capabilities. It's been a real timesaver, handling daily chores with ease. The only downside is that when using the mop function, dust tends to stick to the vacuum pouch, which prevents it from being properly emptied by the auto-empty function. Despite this, it's a solid performer overall.

Not impressed. I’ve had it for a year or more. After a year battery doesn’t last the same. It skips rooms. Its suction is not the best. The mop feature leaves streaked on my tile. It Gets stuck in a few places since it not a think robot. I kept it so I wouldn’t have to return it but I don’t love it and wouldn’t recomendar it. It has more negatives than positives for me.

I am returning them, on the first use it went under a table and stopped moving, I moved it and it wouldn't move from that spot. I tried turning it off and it would not respond. Let it run the battery out and placed it on the docking station, it would not charge.

If I had not thrown out all the boxes, I would have returned this piece of garbage a few days after I got it. The setup is temperamental and took forever to set up. Even now, I have to have it on my tablet because it refused to install on my phone. The edge brush is a lost cause, it doesn't click into place and it gets knocked off each and every time the unit is used so I just stopped using it. The unit is always a few inches from a wall so it doesn't clean as it should. There is no serial number sticker on the unit so I can't register it. I can see why this unit was marked down a few hundred dollars, they probably never sold or were returned at full price. One of the worst investments I've ever made.

So far, I love it. Works really well. Easy to hook up and get started. I really like the mop. It sweeps and mops at the same time. The price was right too. I have a shark IQ. Love that one too, but decided to try this one for the mop. My mother got one and loved it. So, I decided to try it and so far, it is just as good.

Great product. Helps out the the dog hair in-between vacumning . Love u can map your home and cut off areas. Only downside is it trips pur breaker. Solved this by unplugging everything in that room except Dustin until it has finished emptying, then plug.stuff back in.

As owners of 2 Shark models (Ion and Matrix), we were eager to try something different and make some comparisons. Since the Dustin and Matrix use similar mapping technology and emptying features, the comparisons are between these two. In terms of Dustin > Matrix: 1. Better guidance for proximity and obstacle avoidance 2. Quieter 3. Exclusion zones are more reliably followed 4. Some app features are nicer (real time tracking of progress, cleaning / emptying options) Tie: 1. Both Dustin and Shark Matrix 2 in 1 vacuum / mop were on sale at the same price point. 2. Both units have consumables, although different (dust bag, mop fluid, edge brushes, filters, etc.) Don’t love about Dustin: 1. I don’t believe that only water can be as effective for mopping as cleaning solution 2. Also related to mopping, the mopping pad doesn’t oscillate (Shark does) 3. Dustin backs into the charging / emptying port. It’s somewhat inconvenient when mopping to manually remove Dustin from the dock in order to fill / empty the mopping reservoir and allow it to dry out. Meanwhile Dustin can’t be charging. In all, we’ve been happy so far and hope for several years of service.

This Vac replaced an older different brand. This was so easy to setup and begin to use. It mapped and cleaned great the first time. After that it has updated as we arranged some things and has been great. Our old one would continually run into things. This one even does under the chairs and the couch. Would highly recommend this model to friends and family. Does a great job on the tile and laminate flooring and we love the self-emptying feature.
