Once you map %26 figure out how to avoid spots you don't want sweeped or mopped, works like a dream. I've set up a schedule %26 it sweeps on its own at night. Wr wake up to nice, clean floors. The mop feature is a great add-on. I put in Bona %26 the mop attachment. Run %26 our floors look great! Such a great investment. I love keeping things clean on a schedule. One less thing on my plate. Highly recommend! In addition, the customer service is A . Worked with Carlo multiple times for advice/guidance. Videos are also available to guide. Very efficient.

Worst robot vac EVER. I had a shark vac so I thought this would be a nice upgrade, since it did mopping as well. Wrong. If you have "a" pet don't buy. Clogs constantly even with daily use and multiple docks AND "Pre-vacuuming" beforehand. Outside the return period Or I would absolutely return. Waste of money. Look at the size of the vacuum opening. So small you can barely put your finger in it. That should have been my first clue that nothing other than pure fine dust will go into the bag. The shark vac could suck up a golf ball and still throw it in the canister. Second problem with this machine having to use a debris bag. With the shark, you just empty the debris from the canister and put it back...no bags. Called company and got no where. Nice person answered, but no option to fix or improve. So many better robots out there, avoid this one.

Hi, 👋🏽 We enjoy ‘Bobbie' very much. She is quiet and adorable. We are often home when she's working, so we have occasion to see her complete the full mapped program. Impressive that she does the full program in an hour! We are pleased with the user-friendly app. Because of the sensor being on top, the height prevents her from sweeping underneath our couches or built-in cabinetry in the kitchen. We sweep the perimeter of our rooms, along the baseboards if crumbs or something are visible (infrequently). Overall, we really like the product. We have not used it as a wet mop as of this writing but will do so soon.

We are absolutely loving our bio robot vacuum, bOb (as we kept the name) we purchased our Biosweep in December. Biosweep is easy to map the house and learn all the skills. It does an amazing job vacuuming floors and our rugs as well as mopping and easy to block out the rugs/areas not to mop. Biosweep keeps a really great charge and if it happens to run low it will dock itself to recharge and when the battery is full it will return to where it stopped and finish the task. I haven't had to go behind and sweep or mop as well as there are no streaks left behind on our floors. We also have pets and Biosweep is a back saver at picking up all the dog hair, I don't have to constantly sweep anymore. So far we are happy with this purchase. 10 out of 10 at this point !

Had Dusty for about a year and he worked great. Then all of a sudden he would get caught on corners, under the couches, and just stop in the middle of a job. He never got caught under or on anything before. I called customer service and of course, I was forced to deal with AI. I followed all of the instructions...restarted the device, made sure that there was nothing in the way and put blocks of wood at the couches so he wouldn't go under (this irked me the most because having a cleaning machine having the ability to go under the couches was a selling point for me). Finally I was able to find an email address. It took them over 3 months to respond. And guess what the response was?!?! Just go ahead and restart the device as it is probably a software update. I threw him away almost 30 days after sending the email. I don't have time for stupid.

We've lived with this little bot for a couple of months now. I like the excellent suction power and that it's low profile. I probably won't use the mop feature, ever. You have to place a separate piece on the vacuum to do the mopping, and the reservoir is inside the bot, then empty it, and you have to let it air out each time you use it. At this price, though, who cares. I love that it can go under almost all of our furniture and especially the kitchen counters, which my other 'bots' couldn't do. Mapping feature is great. The app needs work, especially for spot cleaning feature...kind of confusing. This bot gets stuck quite a bit, on clothes, rugs, and things like guitar stands. I wish it was bagless. I hate having to buy replacement parts, and it's environmentally irresponsible, but I didn't pay much for this vacuum, and I'm getting my money's worth. I've definitely paid more for a different brand (600 ), and I returned several. We'll keep Bobsweep until he gives up, and if they can improve their technology, I would buy another one. Oh, and he's a pretty handsome little dude.

I saw this little gem go on sale and thought why not give it a try. We live in a 1700 s.f. home with hard wood floors. I thought if it doesn't work then I can just return it, but if it does what I need it to, well then I have made a smart purchase. So we renamed our Dustin to Alice (think Brady Bunch) and I am not super tech savvy, i was able to use the quick start guide and program 3 weekly cleanings. I can even watch it vacuum while I am at work. It navigates with ease, you can even program it for no sweep areas. There is a mopping feature which is ok, but for very small spaces. I'm not brave enough to let Alice mop the kitchen. but give me time. The time I save on vacuuming is priceless, Alice leaves the vacuum marks in my carpeted area so I can see where she's been. We have a cat and it picks up fur AND litter. I would purchase this little gem again! Love It! Thanks Alice Thanks Bobsweep Thanks Sams club!

Dustin is very quiet but has powerful suction. Mapped my house easily and efficiently. Easy to use and the moping feature and added benefit. Picks up dog hair amazingly well. Just program the schedule and my floor is clean when I get home. The self-emptying feature is AMAZING. I'd recommend Dustin to anybody thinking about it. It's like having a personal maid that cleans for you everyday.

Bought this little vacuum about 1 month ago. Side bush will not stay on and I don't think mop very effective. However, that being said. Dustin starts right on time each morning and is a HUGE help in keeping down the dog and cat hair. I don't have to use the big vacuum as much. Would buy again.

We've had Dusty in the office now for a few months and set it to run every night. Once in a while, like once every 2 weeks, it gets caught in the cords by our desk, but most mornings I walk into a clean floor and no tangles. Dusty is especially important, because our office is an acupuncture office and we want to ensure that no needles are ever left on the floor. I love that I can program it to run and that the app will show me how Dusty has been learning and covering more and more footage. Overall, I would highly recommend Dusty and its amazing skills.
