The vacuum itself works very nicely! Hardly notice our husky is a house pet. We use the vacuum on 3 floors so we save 3 maps. Each time I make a new map active the schedules for the daily cleaning on the main floor have to be recreated. Wish they saved tagged to the saved map to reload with the map.

I've had this vacuum for about a month & have been very pleased. It's the second robot vacuum I've had it it's a step up from the previous bc of the self-emptying capacity, the mop function & the programmable features. The area it cleans is entirely hard wood, so it's a simple process, but the upgrades have been worth it. The mop feature works great so far.

I had been looking at this so when it went on sale I snagged it. The first one I has glitched so frequently I had to exchange it. This one is good, when it works smoothly. It has needed updated and restarted. The brush falls off almost every time I use it. It often does not get on the base to charge properly and when I try to start it, it is dead. I have to watch that the brush is in place and that the vacuum gets back onto the base daily. It's nice it is self emptying, but it does not automatically empty when full and the bin is relatively small inside the vacuum itself. I like the mapping, although it split one room of mine into two and I haven't figured out how to fix that. I have a golden retriever and it seems to pick up the hair well enough if I keep the roller clean. The mop feature is ok. You have to empty it if it doesn't use all the water and it is recommended to use filtered water. Overall, it is good enough, but I would have been disappointed if I had paid full price.

Exceeded my expectations so far - easy to set up. I am still working with the settings as i disabled the edge detections to allow Dustin to transition from hard wood to tile, but am still working through that. Only one complaint, the unit is loud while emptying the bin- but that only lasts a few seconds. I have not used the moo feature yet. I do have 2 dogs and Dustin helps keep the dog hair under control.

We love Dusty! For the last 11 years we have had a wonderful little dog who was a great companion. Unfortunately, we had to put him down a couple months ago. We miss having him around, but what we soon came to realize was that he was very good at keeping things clean under our table and in the kitchen. 😄 We've thought about getting a robot vacuum for a few years and this the problem of crumbs on the floor moved us to action. We looked at many options and decided on the bObsweep Dustin. Dusty arrived on our doorstep and we put him to work. He mapped our rooms easily and learned to avoid the various objects around the house. He does a great job with the regular schedule, easily moving from hardwood to carpet to vinyl. We also appreciate being able to send him to clean specific areas with the Quick Clean setting. Dusty is over one month old now and we love him.

Dusty, as we call him is an unbelievable cleaner. We were suprised the first time using it. Dusty has great suction. The s heduled cleaning is nice, but a quick clean is really neat. He is connected to wifi and can be instructed to do a quick clean from anywhere with wi fi. We have not had it very long, but know it was a wise purchase.

I was looking for a second robot vacuum for my second floor due to mobility issues. Sam’s Club had a sale on Dustin by bObsweep. I had never heard of that brand, but it was an excellent sale so I decided to try it. I am so happy I did. Right out of the box, the instructions and set up was so fast and easy. Nothing like the issues I had in the past with a different name brand. Within minutes Dustin was ready to clean for me. Dustin’s mapping feature was great. His cleaning ability is fantastic and he is quieter, even on the highest vacuum power setting, than my other robot vacuum. I do like that there are 3 power settings. I appreciate that Dustin is gentle on the furniture or anything else he encounters. I cannot speak to Dustin’s mopping feature since I have old laminate flooring and have to be very careful with how much water goes on the floors. Even without using one of his main features, I am so glad I made this purchase. I would highly recommend this product.

If I had not thrown out all the boxes, I would have returned this piece of garbage a few days after I got it. The setup is temperamental and took forever to set up. Even now, I have to have it on my tablet because it refused to install on my phone. The edge brush is a lost cause, it doesn't click into place and it gets knocked off each and every time the unit is used so I just stopped using it. The unit is always a few inches from a wall so it doesn't clean as it should. There is no serial number sticker on the unit so I can't register it. I can see why this unit was marked down a few hundred dollars, they probably never sold or were returned at full price. One of the worst investments I've ever made.

The vacuum is great . I just need to get to know how the mapping works but the pickup is amazing. I’ve not checked out the mopping feature yet so I can’t review that part but the vacuum cleaner is phenomenal. I do like the feature where it returns to vacuum after it goes back to charging if the battery is low.

Dustin has appealing features of vacuuming & mopping, however the rotating brush attachment kept falling off and the mopping feature is spotty at best. Also the mapping was off & difficult to figure out. I think Dustin needs more technical tweaking to work better and the brush attachment needs to be redesigned as it does not fit snugly enough to stay on. I think Dustin could be a competitive product on the market if these flaws were corrected.
