It took a while for Dustin to arrive. He got hung up in Vegas for a bit. We were getting concerned he had gone into some gambling debt and was being detained. He did finally appear on the doorstep and we took him in. Once he made himself at home we have had a pretty decent relationship. We have found it's best to send him off for a tour of the house more frequently due to the cat fur. Too much will definitely set of his allergic reaction to cleaning. We have also discovered certain situations cause him to fling off his brush and go roaming naked. We have thought about what kind of surgery we could have done to alleviate the problem, but haven't come up with a solution. Overall, we are pleased Dustin moved in with us.

We love Dustin! We feel very lucky to have matched up with him and made a new life for him. Since he arrived at our home, he has been making his way around the first floor of our house, and getting to know our dog Jessie. They have a bit of a "love-hate" relationship at the moment. That being said, we LOVE him all the time. The way he just does his thing and doesn't get in the way, it's a dream come true. I will say though, that he is very attached to us and even seems to follow us around when we are home during his operation. He always has a "fun time" mapping out our home while doing a chore none of us look forward to, and when he's ready, boom he just cleans himself up, and goes right back to the fun. In summary, we LOVE Dustin way more than our last vacuum from the other company (sidenote, we named our previous vac Dusty, weird). Thank you again for allowing him to come live with us in our seaside home in Maine.

i love my Dustin, i got a different brand that did not have an app nor did it empty itself. my cheap one would get stuck everywhere. Dustin is way smarter and worth the extra money. i have not used the mop option yet but soon will check it out. love that Dustin can find his dock and empty his own mess.

I bought the device end of last year . I was sceptical initially but then after usage i loved this tool. Both wet and dry vaccum is awesome and main thing is rhe accessories are really affordable and easy to purchase when compared to other vaccums i have used in the past

We have had this for about six months. I have set in the app to run 5 days a week. Very easy to control using the app. We have this set to charge when necessary then go back and finish the job, which is very handy considering the battery life is absolutely horrible. If this runs for an hour then it is almost dead. This should not be the case for something that is not even a year old. It is not as smart as the old Roomba we had but then again it is skinnier, so it doesn't get stuck under things. Now it gets hung up in the cords under things. I guess you have to take your pick... One other note, emptying is fairly loud. I will say this picks up a LOT of stuff. Several times I have had to take it apart and clean it and I am always amazed at what it picks up. So maybe that is why the battery goes dead so fast, it is working hard. Overall I am not that unhappy with it, I just wish the battery was better. Maybe I will contact the company and try to get another battery and see how that goes.

I purchased this vacuum solely because of the great sale price. I had no previous experience with bObsweep brand but since I planned to use it at a vacation home, I wasn't too concerned about it being an excellent vacuum. Boy, was I surprised! This vacuum was so easy to set up. As I was watching it run and map for the first time (it does those two things at the same time), I kept thinking I'm sure I missed something. It couldn't be that easy. But it was. The mapping was spot on! Every little nook was outlined and when it was all done, the carpet looked great, even had the lines in it, and the floors were clean. A few days later I tried the mop feature and was equally impressed. This is a great vacuum/mop combo. The app is easy to use and understand. Plus, I contacted customer service for the warranty, and they were great. In my opinion, Dustin is better than the other two more common brands that I've purchased in the past.

we love our Dustin! The self emptying feature saves a lot of time, the mapping works great, and it’s quiet (which was a really important feature for me). I also love the way it looks. Before we got it, I was expecting to have ot still use our stick vacuum at times to get into certain areas of the living room underneath furniture, but I was delighted to find out that Dustin can clean the entire house, even those hard to reach areas. Very impressed

Bought one of these for myself and one for my granddaughter and her husband for Christmas and we both love them. They do exactly what they are supposed to do.. Had my grandson set it up for me and it works great.. I'm handicapped (wheelchair) so it really is a God sent.. I'm so happy with it..

Likes for MY Dustin: Good suction even after a month. I enjoy having the sweep and mop option. Having quick room clean is a plus. Dislikes: No sensor for low/no water (for the money paid, it definitely should be able to notify me that there's no water, especially if I have the mop option on 🤦🏾‍♀️). Seems loud but thats probably because of the vacuum power selection. Doesn't send notifications to my phone (I have to open the app to see if something is wrong) Not sure if I'm allowed to use cleaning products and there's no literature on it.
