I run this vacuum every day which should make vacuuming hardwood floors an easy task however, the roller is small and often gets clogged. The bin often does not empty and then it becomes clogged which causes the vacuum to leave debris on the floor which means I have to dump the bin which should not happen since this vacuum is supposed to be self emptying.

Great vacuum! Why did I wait so long to get one? So easy to use, can start whenever you want. I usually have "Dustin" clean while I am at work and it looks so nice when I get home. He gets everywhere. Both the carpeted areas as well as the hard wood floors are dirt and dust free. Its a great time saver that's for sure.

We were very happy to welcome Dustin into our home. He’s been a great little addition to the family and was very easy to house train. We really enjoyed the little announcement card that came with him. Initial startup and setup was super easy. I HATE reading pages of instructions and found the APP very intuitive. The LiDAR mapping is superior. He’s a good boy! Seriously, this is a great product and I am very happy with its performance. The app lets you control the schedule as well as what areas you want vacuumed on a daily basis. I think it’s fairly quiet. It’s a little loud when it returns to its base and empties itself bit it only takes a few seconds to empty to I don’t mind at all.

Purchased in July 2024. The first couple of weeks, I needed to help clean it out. . . because it was doing such a great job of getting the dust and dog hair built up under my furniture. I have an AmStaff & Malinois. Once we got past those first couple of weeks, I send it out twice a day to sweep. We went from sweeping/vacuuming floors and feeling like they were still dirty to barefoot and clean. My only negative is when I was looking to get the new accessories (new filters, side brush, bags). This has been a little difficult to find.

Worked well enough for about a year and then stopped picking up anything. Also the “mopping” feature is pretty useless. It is just a microfiber cloth that attaches to the bottom so don't count on it doing much. It was nice that it is self emptying and the bags lasted a while but overall not worth it since it no longer works.

I've been using my BObsweep since October. Our house is all hardwood flooring with area rugs and he's navigated floor to rug transitions with no issue. Not currently using the mopping function but we have it set to vacuum every night at 4am. I have a cat and it does a great job with cat hair/cat litter. I still do my regular vacuuming but I feel like this helps minimize dust and cat hair between regular vacuuming. When the vacuum docks and self empties, it is a little loud (I was definitely startled the first time) but I've never used a similar vacuum so I have no frame of reference if this is standard. We keep our bedroom door closed since he tends to get stuck under our nightstands/bed but that's not really a major issue. This is definitely my little helper and I'm so happy to have him here! He's gotten stuck in a couple other areas of the house during normal cleaning so sometimes I find him in the morning in random places, stranded and alone. I tuck him back into his charging station and let him rest until the next morning! Our home is about 1600 sq ft and with him set to highest vacuum setting, no issues battery-wise. I've had no major issues and we're satisfied with our product!

Bought on Black Friday. Let the guy run once a day. Was doing a good job. Learned the environment and was impressed with the mapping. 2 weeks later it died. Started throwing a side brush motor error. Contacted customer service, who has been great. A month later they still have my bot and no status update. That tells me BObsweep has a rash of repairs of bad units at their facility. A tech product dying after 2 weeks happens. Whatever. They should just send out a new unit instead of making a customer wait over a month on a repair I could do at home in 15 mins. Owning it for 2 weeks before it died gives me zero confidence that this thing isn't just a pile of E-waste within a year. Not great for 200 dollars.

First robotic vacuum, although during Holiday season we did order two others (one other Bobsweep product) which were subsequently returned. Dustin has been fabulous. Easy to set up; self mapping; follows his scheduling program. Perhaps the greatest praise is that we've recommended him to friends and family. If we really needed a second vacuum it would be another Dustin.

It is quieter than my mother's Roomba and has options to clean by room or spot clean. I haven't used the mop option but that's not why I chose this one. I do like that it uses US servers. It does a good job mapping then clean in the most efficient way once mapped. You will have to remap if you move it. My floor feels cleaner than when I vacuum it (hardwood with area rugs). It doesn't seem to empty when needed so if you know your floor is very dirty maybe do one room and let it empty itself before moving on to the next room.

Bought this for $199. Was very happy for first few runs. The issues started after 3 months or so 1. It does not dock properly after the cleaning. 2. It fails to charge because it cant dock properly 3. The app is a mess, horriblenavigation and not user friendly Best part, i returned with in return period. I will not buy this brand again
