This salad is the right mix of everything healthy. I have had it alone, as a side with a chicken breast and served it as a side salad to my family. So many possibilities for this salad. Not too much of one thing taste great!

Sams leave this for peoples review, so why don't they read them? This salad is delicious and everything balances perfectly. For those reviews saying too much of anything...no such thing as too much bacon or dressing etc! However...90% state broccoli pieces are too big. I agree! Sams, is it hard to instruct your staff to cut smaller pieces? It doesn't make serving it a convenience if we have to recut everything, thats what stops me from buying it for a gathering or taking it to a family dinner. Listen to your reviewers!
