I returned the first one because it spit the coffee as it came out instead of flowing out in a smooth stream like our old larger model leaving coffee splatter on the counter and this one does the same thing. The return process was easy and helpful but the new machine didn't fix the problem. My friend has the same model and his doesn't do that.

Today the K-mini made noises just like the former one did. Only this time we had it for less time than the previous one before the noises began. The noise begins after the brewing is finished and did not stop even when I pulled the cord from the outlet.

I bought my new Keurig several weeks ago. I usually make a cup of coffee every morning. The mini plus is perfect for that. I especially like the convenience of storing k cups right there, and being able to remove the water reservoir if needed. The brewer hardly takes up any counter space too. I highly recommend the k-mini plus!

I purchased this for my husband to replace a larger Keurig he has been using for about 8 years. It started to leak too much water in the tray. The slimmer K-Mini Plus is simpler for my husband to operate which makes it perfect him. He can make a cup whenever he wants without depending on anyone especially me who doesn't drink coffee.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. It was disappointing that even though I marked it as a gift, it came in a branded box so he knew what it was when it was delivered (instead of a plain brown box). We use the mini to take to the cabin or hotel so we can have great coffee when traveling (we have a larger Keurig at home and love it!). It's the perfect size to travel with and all the pods fit for easy storage. The only issue we have is that we can't use our special pod for ground coffee, it doesn't fit and the Keurig won't recognize it and doesn't allow the start button to function. It only accepts store bought pods.

This Keurig Mini is perfect for my husband and me. He liked tea or hot chocolate and I like coffee so we can each have what we like, within minutes. This is a warranty replacement as my first one developed "issues" after 10 months but I love it anyway. I got GREAT customer service from Keurig.

I replaced a Keurig K15 that lasted almost 6 years. This machine is a nice upgrade. Quite a few nice features. Number 1. The coffee comes out HOT. Temp between 160>170. And when I add milk . It doesn't cool it down. That is the most important issue , for me, anyway. Using it Microwave as a heat touch up for 10 seconds defeats the whole purpose of a coffee machine. Whether the "stronger" button actually works, is more a question of "faith". I mean, how do you prove it? The machine is fast. Not very noisy. Any complaints of those two issues in the reviews are kinda silly . It's fast enough. I use a home espresso machine for Cappuccino every day. IT AIN"T FAST. And it's a bit noisy. SO WHAT??? Keurig's choice of colors are great. Especially my RED one. Keurig is what you want to use to get going in the morning. This machine does that job perfectly.

Had issues with my Keurig Mini K Cup Plus as it stopped working after owning it for under a year. I contacted customer service and we tried trouble shooting with a few tests but it still wouldn't work. Customer service issued me a brand new machine (same model). It gives me peace of mind that Keurig stands behind their products and values their customers. Will definitely recommend purchasing Keurig machines.

Love the color and the coffee this machine makes is perfect every time. Previously used an older Keurig machine that used to keep the water hot, so I did have to get used to waiting probably only a minute for it to start brewing. I plan on using this on trips as well, so I won't have to worry about trying to empty it out.

Mini Plus is the best option for me because I get to use my travel mug and it has the 12oz option. The machine is small and compact so it doesn't take up a lot of space. Love the color as well. Additional plus: you have storage to keep all your k-cups! Keurig Mini Plus, where have you been all my life?! Thank you!
