Find the mini that you have to add water to for each cup of coffee better than the more expensive models we've purchased. Just threw out the very expensive commercial model which only worked correctly when new even though we always used bottled water & my husband cleaned it with the Keurig cleaner.

A few years ago we received a Keurig "Mini" as a gift and shortly afterwards we were experiencing troubles. It continued to brew weak, lukewarm coffee but after the noises began we placed it into retirement. One day, a couple of years later, my wife suggested we call Keurig. We had no receipt, but we called and spoke with a few representatives before being put in touch with Mike, a top level management employee. Mike wasted no time; he reviewed our prior conversations and issued us a new Keurig Mini. We are so happy to at last have a working brewer. We are proud to find a company acting so responsibly, and have been enjoying rich hot coffee ever since. Keurig, you're the best!

I love my Keurig machine. But I ordered three coffee mugs but they are all red. I don't understand why I can't purchase a yellow or blue mug advertised on the packages of your other machines. I just bought a machine two weeks ago. Why can't I get different color cups. I love the hot chocolate and hot apple cider. What's up with the different color mugs? I am a avid Keurig user but wanted to update and rid my counter of the huge Keurig machine. I didn’t like the idea of having lots of water sitting in the machine continuously. I have read all the reviews and just decided to splurge. Best thing ever! It’s small, attractive, modern and it works great. It takes about 2 1/2 minutes to make a great cup of coffee. Love the idea of fresh water each time. Some of the newer bigger machines only make up to 10 ounces but this little dynamo makes my 12 ounce cup perfect. Do not hesitate to purchase. The bonus pod holder makes the machine look very sleek.

My original K-Mini Coffee Maker only lasted 6 months which was disappointing because the larger Keurig brew coffee maker I had before this one lasted several years. Keurig replaced it with great ease and in a timely manner so for the replacement process I would give 5 stars however I am not sure how to rate the K-mini Plus at this time. I really like the single serve and hope this one lasts.

This is perfect size for the counter, Brews nicely, little louder than the bigger Keurig that I have, but its ok. Only thing I don't like is that most mornings I have to switch the plug to a different plug-in, in order for it to turn on..Not sure why.

I got this product over the regular Mini because it has the Strong feature. I've been using the Mini Plus every day since it was delivered two weeks ago. The set up was easy and the process is quick. I use the reusable k-cup with it. After every use, I just rinse it through with water. My ice caramel macchiato takes about 5 minutes to make in total. Highly recommended!

I find it difficult to pour water into such a narrow spot. It was noisy and took a long time to brew compared to my other K coffeemakers. Even though you sent it to me free of charge because of the difficu;ties with my older one, I am donating the new one to a charity resale store.

This was a replacement machine for the one that stopped working before it. Now this one's doing the same thing, power goes off, and it's full of water I'd put in. Had to try getting that water out a few times before it finally ran through. I rinsed it through with water a couple more times, & the water went through, but then tried brewing with a K cup, and once again it shut itself off. Very disappointed, had one that worked before for Years with no problem. Did they change the design of the Keurig K Mini Plus??!!

So... we’ve had our Mini Plus Keurig a couple weeks now. I’m excited to say that it’s perfect for our home. We have a daughter and her two boys who live us. Her oldest is autistic and is able to (with supervision) make coffee and tea on his own. Very simple to use! A little noisy, but I can ignore that. I love being able to make coffee for myself before everyone else gets up and enjoy my coffee in quiet. What would make it perfect would being able to have it go up one more cup size. Loving it tho!!!
