I love the simplicity of this machine. Easy to use and makes the tea or coffee nice and hot. My one criticism is that it is rather noisy. The cycle is fairly quick, so it is tolerable. Small size is a plus. This machine does not have the sturdy feel to its construction as my home brewer, but it is OK. Overall, this does what I wanted it to do, so I am happy enough.

I drink very little coffee but i like to have it when people stay the night that do or if inwant the occasional cup.Its perfect for my needs. It holds enough water for one lg cup. It takes up very little space which is something I have very little of and its cute!

I received the keurig as I gift and within two months it just stopped working! I called Keurig about the problem and they were very willing to replace it but they asked me to send pictures of the bar code on the bottom since it was a gift and I didn’t have the receipt. After several problems ie. never sending me the link to report the barcode and two different record numbers and several calls to keurig, I was finally able to resolve the problem after one person told they always have a problem with apple iPads and phones uploading the pictures and once I used my yahoo account they finally got the pictures they were asking for! Problem resolved!

Works just like the big Keurig. You have to add water for each cup. Does 8 to 12 ounces at a time, has auto shut off. Nice white color matches my kitchen. Even comes with a pod storage thst stays in the same footprint! ( its where the cup goes to brew)

Only thing is it can be kind of loud and annoying, takes 2 minutes to get a cup, and it doesn't warn you when you forget to add water. It just runs through until you see there's no coffee in your cup. But good for the price, and fits small countertops like mine.

My husband and I drink coffee at different times. We like freshly brewed coffee each time we drink a cup. Perfect for us retired people. There is no wasting coffee. PS could use a warmer cup holder in case you have to leave coffee for minute or so.

We were very happy with our K-Mini until it stopped working two months after purchase. The Customer Service Department was very helpful and responded quickly to our concern. The representative clearly explained the process to replace the unit and the emails we received kept us informed of each step until our new unit arrived. Super easy! We love our new unit!

The 1st Mini Plus Coffee Maker stopped working after the 1st cleaning cup as per instructions. Once a K cup is placed in the basket, it stops working. I also never did receive the promised free box of mixed K cup coffee sampler. The warranty replacement Coffee Maker works sporadically. Most days it won’t work. Per YouTube videos, I can see that Keurig cannot make a Mini Single Serve Coffee Maker that ever works consistently. I want a full refund please.

I replaced a larger model with this one and am satisfied so far. I live alone and usually only have one cup of coffee a day, so it serves my needs just fine. I took one star off because it is a bit noisy. That said, all my prior models with bells and whistles always had something go wrong 2-3 years in so I’m hoping this plain, simpler model will be an improvement. And, it’s a pretty color and takes up less room on my counter.

I am impressed by this coffee machine and I'm not surprised given the reputation of Keurig. It was very easy to set up and brew my first cup of coffee, and has been such a breeze to work with in general. It also works very well with the K-Cup reusable filter for coffee grounds; you just pop out the piece that the K-cups go into and the reusable filter fits snugly inside. The features of the Plus are worth the extra money than the regular K-Mini, particularly the removable water reservoir. Can't say enough good things about the K-Mini Plus!
