Best little treat I have found for myself in a long time. This item was supposed to be a gift for my daughter, but it was so compact and cute that I kept it for myself. It's easy to use and brews the perfect cup of coffee every time. Definitely a great gift or treat for yourself.

I have been using Keurig brewers for about 9 years, and I have never been this disappointed. This keurig quit functioning after only 4 months of use. Other drawbacks are that it take several minutes for it to brew a single cup. I liked my old Keurig that lasted closer to 3 years and even then, they were replaced because they were getting old, not because they completely quit functioning. This one is garbage. Will never recommend this one. Keurig really messed up with this brewer.

This keurig is the perfect size for an apartment or house with not much counter space. It’s slim and sleek looking. It’s just as effective as every other keurig I’ve had. My daughter bought this for me. It has a nice appearance and the coffee tastes good. However, after 5 days the coffee maker stopped working. The "descale" button was flashing. I thought this was strange after only 5 days, but since my daughter bought it for me I thought I would try to make it work. So, I ordered the descaling fluid and followed the directions and...lo and behold...nothing happened. This coffee maker is no good!

I’ve just recently started drinking and liking coffee, but never decided I wanted a coffee maker because of space needed and clutter that would come with it only for me to use it occasionally. But this slim design is genius! It’s so compact and still has storage for the K-cups, wonderful. The strong brew option is very useful too, my mom likes hers a lot less strong. This is a nice coffee machine that does what I needed. I would have given this 5 stars if the “universal reusable coffee filter” was designed better. First, it states in the instructions to use the “Plus Series Brewer Adapter”. No matter what I did it wouldn’t fit correctly. I only found out that it WAS NOT supposed to be use after speaking with customer service. The plus series adapter should not be used! The Universal Filter works but its not a great fit. Should be a simple engineering design change. If the Universal filter did not work at all, I would send everything back.

I bought this in December 2019 and it started having problems in November 2020. For almost a year it made a great cup of coffee, just like the three other Keurigs we bought before this one. It developed a problem in the lid after a pod was put in. Sometimes it wouldn't start and sometimes it would stop halfway through the brew cycle. An electrical contact was not being made or breaking, and I could play with the lid and get a cup of coffee. I eventually got tired of having to work for my cup of coffee and bought a new one, but not a Mini Plus. Only one out of four wasn't bad, I figured I'd give Keurig another chance. Bottom line, maybe save your money and buy a more expensive model.

I was SO excited to get this Keurig around Christmas time, it's the perfect size, looks sleek, and I live alone so one cup at a time is all I need. It worked great for about 3 months, then it stopped working one day out of nowhere. I would pour in water, put in a k-cup and nothing would happen, it was like the machine was dead. So needless to say, I exchanged it for another one. Second one was working just fine for about 2 months, and now this one too has stopped working! It keeps making the "brewing" noise but no coffee is actually coming out. 2 of these in less than 1 year and i can definitely say less than 100 cups of coffee total between the 2 and yet still, they have both stopped working. Ridiculous, do not purchase this. I wish I had instead picked up a cheap coffee maker with a pot, at least I could enjoy coffee in the morning.

I love my new keurig! I’ve never owned one but have used some of the regular ones. My issue is I hate hot coffee, but this coffee machine is perfect for mornings. My husband doesn’t drink coffee like I do so I’m the only one who uses it. I make the cup and put it in the fridge and take it to work. It’s the perfect size and it’s just easy clean up! It’s so awesome & im so glad I got it!

This is by far the worst coffee maker I have ever owned. The first time I tried using it, I had to call customer service because it wouldn’t brew. I should’ve taken that as a sign. It started leaking not long after. I should have returned it on day one. The quality of this product is nothing compared to the original mini. I’ve switched back to my regular coffee maker now. Just don’t waste your money on this cheaply made product.
