It works whenever it wants to. I add the water, put in the pod, press cover down, hit the brew button. Light comes on for a second, then unit shuts off. I lift cover, press down again, and same think, unit shuts off. Have to do this four or five times until it finally brews. Then, the coffee is "Luke warm", so I have to microwave for about a minute to get it hot. Sometimes it will work fine for 2 or 3 cups, but I never know.

I bought this coffee maker twice last year and I'm still experiencing the same problem....the water doesn't drain from the reservoir automatically. I have to use a coffee stir stick or spoon around that area and then it will drain....happens every day. I've had this coffee maker before 2021 and had no problems. Other than the water not draining it is a great coffee maker.

The single serve is perfect for one or two people that make coffee a few times a week. It does take it time to heat up and brew, so I would hit the button and give it 5 minutes. I would recommend the keurig brand to anyone just the type of machine would be the preference.

Ordered July 2021 and it started having issues brewing within 6 months. It would suck the water from the reservoir but shut off before brewing. Called customer service and received a replacement. Had same issue with replacement within 3 months. This was my 1st keurig and will undoubtedly be my last. I really wanted to love it, but I'll be going back to my old reliable coffee maker that I've had for 20 years.

Was so excited to receive my Keurig K Mini Plus! What an amazing little machine. I just absolutely love the sleek design and how easy it is to use and clean up. Being a single female this product is perfect for me. It fits nicely in my small kitchen and brews a fresh, strong cup just for me! I don’t have to worry about wasting an entire pot or having a big clunky machine in my kitchen. And the fact that you can use reusable K-Cups with it is a huge plus!! I like to use my own coffee and am big on trying to reduce waste so I’m glad Keurig is trying to accommodate that. I was so excited when I found out influenster was going to send me this Keurig system to try out for free. I have used Keurig machines in the past and they were the larger more elaborate models. I honestly didnt expect much from this small machine. But it did surprise me. It is too simple and that's not bad at all. Measure out your water for your cup filp the reservoir turn the machine on load your coffee pod select the strong brew of you prefer and start it up. I prefer my coffee brewed a bit stronger and this machine gives the perfect option for that. It also did not leave the coffee tasting bitter lite other machines I have tried in the past. The only down side to this machine is it has an extremely short chord which left me pretty dissapointed. I have a coffee bar and my brewers are on a power strip that this one can not reach so I'll have to add a extension chord just for this maker. But other than that it's a great compact brewer. Very slim and sleek.

We have the grey single use Keurig and it is perfect. I love that it feels more sanitary since we just add the amount of coffee we need for just our cup. It isn’t the best coffee that I have ever had, hence the four stars, but it works good for every day, quick use. Clean, no fuss cup o’joe.

Bought it Oct-20, great design, fit, functionality. Just a bit pricy but worth it for a quality machine right? Within 6 months the lights stopped working, so there was no way to know if it's on, off, heating, brewing etc. Fine, I could understand it well enough from the sound and actions it's performing. Within 12 months it can't finish a cup in one go. Either it doesn't suck in the water, or it dies immediately after the water is in the heating body. Then I have to restart it through a combination of; Open/close handle Press on/off button for 3 seconds Unplug/plug powerchord BUT since there's no working lights I can't tell if it started heating or not, so now I'm pressing my ear against the side of the machine to listen for the heaters starting up. The reason I bought this machine was for quick and automated coffee, but now I'm spending half of my morning just to get it to work. Conveniently the damage starting getting critical only after the warranty was up so Keurig won't do much about it. It's a shame because I like the product otherwise, but next time I buy a coffemaker I'll expect it to work for more than a year..

I love the color..it's not a dark shade of gray..actually compliments the darker gray teapot my sister sent me at about the same time. Takes up way LESS room on counter too. Just a couple things that I feel could be improved on. The noise is a bit loud when it's brewing and the plunger into the actual coffee pod isn't very sharp..it takes a great deal of pressure to push it down into it..

My first K-Mini only lasted a year, second one 2 years 3 months. The pumps are garbage and eventually fail and I only made 1 sometimes 2 12oz cups a day. I kept my unit super clean and descaled every month. Not getting a 3rd. Moving on to a better coffee making process.
