Loved the size and design because of the space it saved. But this thing won't reliably make a cup of coffee. Oftentimes it simply just shuts off mid brew or the tank won't fill all the way without opening and closing the lid each time. Second one that does this so I'm thinking it is a design flaw.

Looks nice. Fits well on the counter. However, after 10-25 brews it started acting funny. I’ve cleaned and flushed it as recommended but it still allowing only a few tablespoons of water to drain from the reservoir at a time and then it just quits. I have to reset it several times before it completely drains the water and starts to heat it. Final product is lukewarm at best.

I really wanted this one to work. Perfect size for my motor home. Worked perfect for about 6 months, then worked intermittently. After that, wouldn’t work at all. Threw it in the garbage and got a K Compact. So far so good, but much larger than I would prefer.

I have a small kitchen, so I love that this doesn't take up much space. I'm also the only one in my family that drinks coffee and tea, so it's great that I don't have to bother with a large tank and instead just fill the reservoir with whatever size cup I want to drink. Super simple to use. Just put in the desired water, your kcup, and hit the big start button.

I purchased the mini plus in late Nov of 2018. almost from day one the water does not draw out of the reservoir. I have checked to be sure the screen was clear and ect. once activated it start to draw last about a second then shuts off. I reset it as a new brew and does the same thing. the third time there is about 6 oz. left of 12 and begins the rest of the process. As the process start (after the heat mode) the rest of the water is drawn down making the coffee weak and cold. I am so sorry I wasted the money and would not recommend.Definitely flawed!!!

I purchased this a few months ago and wanted to be really sure I either liked it or not. Well, I LOVE IT!!! It is perfect for an afternoon cup of coffee when the main morning pot is gone. I love really strong coffee so I usually brew two pods, each with 7 ounces of water. It is perfect. The decaf pods are great, sometimes I use one decaf and one regular. I like not storing water as I live at the ocean and need all appliances need to be dry when not in use. This little guy dries out immediately. No worry of mold building inside. This is a perfect machine. The "strong" feature is excellent. Keurig, I hope you don't change a thing on this model!! Thank you.

I wish I had saved up and splurged on one of the mixer keurigs. We’ve had to replace ours multiple times due to issues. At one point it wouldn’t heat the water, another it wouldn’t drain the water from the little revisor except for a little bit at a time. My roommate who has the larger one has no issues out of hers. I suppose you get what you pay for

I love it! It fits perfect anywhere in the kitchen because of the size and the color goes with every different decor. Since I'm the only one that drinks coffee in my home it's nice not having to brew a whole pot, it just takes a couple minutes to have one hot cup for me!

I am absolutely in love with this K-Mini Plus! I had a traditional Keurig years ago but after moving into a smaller apartment I had to downsize. It took up too much of my limited counter space, storing the pods was inconvenient and having that large tank would slosh water all over the place. This model literally takes care of each and every one of my pain points from the original model I used to have. It is as thin as my mug, there is convenient pod storage that fits into the brewer when not being used and you put just enough water in for each cup! I am so incredibly pleased with this brewer and have already happily recommended it to many friends and family members! This is a nice coffee machine that does what I needed. I would have given this 5 stars if the “universal reusable coffee filter” was designed better. First, it states in the instructions to use the “Plus Series Brewer Adapter”. No matter what I did it wouldn’t fit correctly. I only found out that it WAS NOT supposed to be use after speaking with customer service. The plus series adapter should not be used! The Universal Filter works but its not a great fit. Should be a simple engineering design change. If the Universal filter did not work at all, I would send everything back.
