Sign me up with all the other customers that are confused with the negative reviews! This coffee maker is perfect and works just as promised. I bought mine at Christmas and have been using it every day since, it makes a fantastic cup of piping hot coffee every single time. First off, you really need to read the instructions, they are simple and important. There are 3 stages of processing with the machine, this means there are 3 stages of sounds. When you start your first cup of coffee the machine makes a sound then goes silent ...I have a feeling that this is where folks think the machine is not working, it's SILENT for about 40 seconds.. do not press the big K button during this time, the machine is working. The second sound is the water going through the machine.... last sound is your coffee coming out of the machine. Is it silent while making coffee? No, but it's not advertised to be silent. An 8 ounce cup of coffee takes 2:36 to make, if you find waiting two and a half minutes is too long for a great cup of coffee don't buy this. If you are willing to wait you will have a fantastic cup of coffee to enjoy. As for the coffee not being hot enough? it couldn't be any hotter! Honestly, buy it for the convenience of making a great cup of Joe one cup at a time.

I received a complimentary mini keurig to review. First thought is this is really small! I live in an apartment with my boyfriend where counter space is limited and this is perfect. I love the one cup reservoir so the water is always fresh. I’m usually a chemex Coffee snob but I do have mornings where there’s no time to spend brewing coffee and thankfully there’s keurig. The convenient cubby that comes with the machine is ingenuous to store 9 kcups. I can totally see someone packing this in their suitcase when they travel.

I came home to a giant box one day and was extremely excited to see my keurig come in! Unboxing it was exciting for me. I set it up in my kitchen. I loved how tiny it is. It’s perfect for the dorms as I am a college student. It was simple to use. Just plug it in. Pour the water in the tray in the back. Pop in your k-cup and press the start button and walla! Delicious coffee! I love that it has a feature to make your coffee strong. I just had one minor issue which might have been my fault. I filled it to the max level and it was leaking. Not too sure if that was on me or the keurig but other than that it was a good experience. The coffee came out delicious. The pods holder is a plus. I love that the drip tray is removable so that a travel mug may be placed there. I received this product complimentary for testing purposes and all opinions are my own. I bought this one to replace an original K-cup Mini model B31. What I like - even narrower so more space saving, much more precise water measurement system, heats the water much hotter, “strong“ button, can accommodate a travel mug. What I don’t like - it takes longer to brew a cup. It’s also a little deeper, but that’s not a problem for me.

I purchased 3 months ago. I only use a couple times a week. I bought this one because it is small and I am the only one that drinks coffee in my home. The 1st couple of months, it worked ok. Now the water will not go in the machine. When you push button. It takes a tiny bit of water and then you have to keep pushing the button to get it to take all of the water. The when the water goes into your cup. It is only a half of a cup and it is not hot , just warm. There is definitely something wrong. Since I don't use that much, it should not be doing this soon. I have had 3 other Keurigs and have not had any issues. I just like to update every so often. I love the slimness of this coffee maker and the option of a 12oz cup but I am very dissatisfied with this machine. It is just a task to make a cup of coffee.

This is not a Instant Coffee Machine. It brews the coffee around 2 mins after the water is drawn into the brewer.. The machine shuts itself off after 90 seconds after the coffee has been dispensed into the coffee cup below. I have seen reviews that show folks constantly looking for coffee right after the water gets drawn into the K Mimi Brewer. THIS IS GREAT SPACE SAVING COFFEE BREWER THAT DOES IT'S JOB WELL!

I bought this Keurig coffee maker for myself since I’m not a normal coffee drinker. It makes a perfect single cup of coffee and it doesn’t take a lot of space which is great because I don’t have a lot of kitchen space. I also like using the reusable kcups.

I’ve been using this Keurig for about three weeks now and love it! I received it complimentary for my honest opinions, but I would spend the money on it. Hands down it’s the best coffee maker I’ve owned and the size is great for apartment living. It’s the perfect compact size for my already stuffed countertops and I love that the water doesn’t just sit in there because you add it every time, so you control the cup size by how much water you add. I also love I still can choose how hot it brews and how strong, so if I need it stronger I can have it stronger. The k-cup storage is incredibly nice as well since it tucks away into the Keurig saving counter space that way as well. Overall, I think this is a great product and definitely worth having, especially if you need the counter space but still want a good brew of coffee.

I got this from Influenster I think last year and I’m soooo glad you guys sent it to me!!! I’ve used this many times and it works just like any other keurig and fits into small spaces on the counter- definitely saves room in the kitchen!!! I don’t drink too much coffee so this is a perfect size for me in terms of how much coffee it makes and how often I use it!! Buy this if you’re a new coffee drinker

3rd Keurig. Very unhappy as I have had the same problems as many of the others who reviewed the smaller size. Water in, close and water does not drain. Have to try 4-5 times and then the coffee is warm and have to microwave. I liked the size but WAY TOO HARD to get this new product to work consistently. BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY THIS PRODUCT
