I bought this for emergency power and it is exactly what I needed. It is easy to start so far all I have used is propane which works fine. I am able to carry it with one hand which is great and it is not very loud. So far I am very please with my purchase.

I recently purchased the Westinghouse iGen2550c generator, and I'm thoroughly impressed! It's compact, lightweight, and surprisingly quiet, making it perfect for camping and outdoor activities. The setup was easy, and it started right up with no issues. With a solid runtime and efficient fuel consumption, it's an excellent value for the price. I highly recommend it for anyone in need of a portable, reliable power source.

We bought this after a short power outage and we had to bail out the sump pump by hand non stop for an hour to keep the basement from flooding. Today the power went out at 5:30 am, so we started the generator, ran sump pump, refrigerator and freezer until power came back on at 7:30 pm. We used propane since it was a dual fuel. It worked perfectly. Even used an electric fan all day. The unit is quiet, light weight and straight forward to set up.

Just opened the box. My husband did all the recommended actions to operate the generator ( adding oil, adding gas, checking spark plug). This little machine started right away WITHOUT using the choke. We let it run for a good while without any issues. The eco mode makes it a bit quieter. It hasn't been used for the main reason i bought it: run a well water pump ( 1.5HP) in case of power outage. It is in another location. so i will update this review. But so far i like it: easy to start, not too heavy for me to carry. The pictures in the manual are very well done and easy to understand. Instructions easy to follow.

Just finished unpacking this generator. It very lite and easy to move around. Doing my break in run and am happy with the noise level. Started right up, very easy to pull. I will be putting it to work this weekend. Looking forward to seeing how well it does.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I am just testing it out now. I like how compact it is and is light enough to put in the back of my SUV. It comes with the wire harness to connect to another unit which I have, a 2200 and they are compatible. The digital control panel is a nice feature.

Generator is very quiet. It does a great job running my 30amp camper with air conditioning. I bought the duel fuel so I don't have to keep gasoline fumes around the camper. Very light at 42 lbs. and easy to carry. very satisfied with this purchase!!!

I bought this a few weeks ago and like how quiet it is. I am still in the process of breaking it in per the instructions and so far it does provide very stable power. It is easily movable to whatever location you need it at. I plan on buying another one so I can have extra power in case of a hurricane, etc. Two of these are cheaper and quieter than one big one.

Purchased this the morning after a windstorm wiped out power in our town and this highly portable and quiet generator kept our fridges and other appliances going for the next 4 days. Easy to setup and get going with over 10 hour runtime on a full tank. The only issue was after about 24 hours the oil needed refilled and the generator wouldn't run unless the oil was pretty full (which was a little hard to gauge without adding until oil was visible in the tank). Reading the maintenance schedule reveals oil change is recommended after 25 hours of use so be sure to have some extra on hand. I had to search a bit at a few auto supply stores to locate the exact oil. Also, understand that this has a limited power output and it struggled a bit when I tried operating my espresso machine. But for basic house appliances or a camper this should be more then adequate.

We're preparing for hurricane season and decided on this generator. This was a nice choice because it is easy to store due to it's size/weight and it has the option of using either gasoline or propane. We really want to use propane and the price was reasonable!
