Wouldn't start out of the box until I read a review that said if you follow the Westinghouse direction of tightening the gas cap until it "clicks" the generator will be air starved. Sure enough. it started right up. The unit is also noisier than I expected-difficult to hold a conversation 25 feet away when at 75% power. BUT the unit seems well built, can be carried and boosted into an RV storage compartment using both hands and the display panel is great. I also think this is the perfect size to run the 15,000 BTU A/C and still have some battery charging ability left over. I hope to have a long, trouble-free relationship with it.

We got this to make sure we could safely power our electronics and some essential items in the event of a prolonged outage. Setup is super simple, and they aren't kidding when they talk about how quiet it is. It's also super efficient, it ran for a half hour purely on what was in the carb bowl. Great product!

I just picked up this generator today. Upon trying to lift the box I thought it was heavy, but after getting it unpacked I found it was very easy to carry around. Set up was very easy, and the oil funnel that actually screws into the oil access is a great touch. It started right up and ran great! I am looking forward to a long useful life out of this equipment. It replaces a larger generator that was too heavy to move around.

I bought this for the eventual power outage either in the summer when the Texas grid is overloaded, or the winter, when the lines go down. It offers enough power to let me run all the essentials in the house at an economical price. It fired right up the first time. Came with the oil needed as well as cables for parallel hookup, which I won't need, and a spark plug tool.

After filling with synthetic 10W-30 oil, this inverter generator started right up on propane. I have not yet tried it with gasoline, but I do not anticipate any issues--if it is as reliable as the WGen7500df that I already own. This inverter is advertised as having an "LED Data Center"--which is even printed in the owner's manual. However, that feature seems to exist only on the gasoline-powered version and not this dual-fuel model.

Perfect for RV boondocking power. Great for emergency power at home. Easy setup. Added maintenance schedule to my phone calendar. Price was right and the dual fuel capability expands continual use when fuel supply is short. May be a life savor during future global emergency situations.

Light weight, lot's of features, including digital display of fuel level, output, run time, load level. Pretty much everything you'd need or like to have. Also has the ECO feature to reduce fuel consumption and noise level based on load. And at a very good price point.

Power went out a few weeks ago with no fix time established by com-ed Found this unit the following morning and by noon I was up and running; plugging in an unbelievable amount of stuff! I love the screen showing KW in use / gave me a great window into capacity of the unit / power came back on days faster than expected but so glad to own this beautiful little machine/ sitting on a shelf in the basement ready for the next outage!

So easy to get up and running. Instructions are easy to follow. Generator started on the third pull. It is quiet. I wanted to test it to be sure it worked and was not damaged in shipment. It ran perfectly on propane and powered a small heater. I hope to never have to put gasoline in it. Exactly what I was looking for. I also hope to receive my bonus gift dust cover for leaving this review.

I purchased this generator after a lot of research on cost, value, ratings, etc. The instructions were easy to follow, and everything needed to get the generator up and running was in the box (including the oil funnel). The generator started on the first pull. This was a good purchase and I highly recommend this generator.
