Bought this gen a little over a month ago. No issue as of yet. Even if there are, no worries. Westinghouse stand behinds there product and actuality stand behind the warranty. I also have the Igen 4500DF. The 2500 is smaller and easier to handle and still gets those projects around the house and rv done. Rv, that's what I purchase them for. Awesome build quality. The units are a very responsive to loads outputs. Maintenance is easy and fast. Less than 10mins for oil change and never more that 30mins for spark plug and valve adjustment. As long as the company keeps putting out great products and awesome warranty with responsive customer support, I will gladly keep buying there generators.

When you register this item it makes you provide a review to get a bonus item (cover). So this is what I can say after taking them out of the box today. They came in good shape, we did the pre test and they seem to work well. I will come back and up date the review after we use them on our first camping trip.

Lost power after a tree limb ripped the power lines off our house. Normally wouldn't be a problem except the spring thaw and rain from the previous day was flowing in my basement, so I needed the sump pumps running. Picked up the igen2550 once the store was open, had it running within minutes and saved us from a flooded basement.

I bought this for a 4000 mile rd trip with our Tesla. We are road tripping from Kentucky to Prince Edward Island Canada. This made my wife at ease just incase Tesla app or me makes a mistake we can still get a charge. Lol.. Generator holds 1 gallon of fuel and should give me about 80 to 100 miles of charge. It's very quiet compared to the big bad boy generators. Size is not bad as while. I Did have to buy a portable grounding rod with wire because the Tesla portable charger has a safety system and it knows when the power source is not grounded properly. This will be used also for other times just so esay to carry around.

Just bought this to top off my Airstream trailer batteries when off grid camping. Got the duel fuel because you always have plenty of propane available on the trailer. Hooked it up to a propane tank in my driveway at 7,000' and after a bit of a propane line purging issue it started right up and easily ran a 1500 watt space heater even at this elevation. Will try it again in the mountains soon.

When we lost power and it was clear it wasn't coming back any time soon we went and bought this to keep our basement from flooding. Less than 5 minutes home and it was running! We got many hours of power before having to refill gas tank. Convenient gas gauge on front so I didn't have to walk outside to check it! I ran my sub pump and refrigerator for 12+ hours with no issues!

Bought this to run our lighting and portable laser in our custom laser trailer and could not be happier. I intended to make an enclosure to dampen sound, but this unit is so quiet I didn't need to. I was shocked when I turned on eco mode and it got quieter still! Obviously eco mode is load dependent, but when I'm just running lights I barely hear the generator outside. Quality is outstanding, the product looks good visually, and it starts up on the first pull. It's light enough that my wife can move it around by hand even with a full tank.

I bought this based on price and features as a backup for my RV. Although the quick start information wasn't packaged in the box as it is supposed to be, the owners manual helped me get it started. It started and ran fine but I haven't really used it under load. I struggled getting it registered since the address Westinghouse provides simply dumps you into their website and without a dropdown for registration, you have to look all over for the registration page.

I purchased this generator to charge the batteries in my boat when I am not next to power and it works and sounds amazing! We have also been able to use this to run power tools and charge personal electronics with the USB ports. I am very pleased with this unit and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I recently bought this generator to replace one that was difficult to start. The igen2550c started on the second pull right out of the box. It was easy to setup with very clear instructions. I plugged in a refrigerator and a light with no problem and runs much quieter then my old one. I am very pleased with this purchase
