Not a good fitment & Battery doesn't last

Nice sound quality but, they have to be charged frequently throughout the day and they do not stay in my ear. I have to keep readjusting for them to stay in because they keep falling out. They need something to lock them in place without irritating the ear.

We also will say that using the Ambient Sound setting will allow you to listen longer than using the Active Noise Canceling setting. Great earbuds.

The sound and comfort of these earbuds is excellent. I only wear them to workout and take and occasional call but they function flawlessly. They have never fallen out either as some others have stated. I will say the FE model maybe a touch more secure but the better sound is easily worth that small or non-existent trade off. Battery life seems great but I never tested it. 4 or 5 hour and a half sessions and case still had a green light. What more can you ask for.

Had the first Gen buds and what a difference s few years makes. These new buds are AMAZING!! Sometimes I just use them for the noise cancelling because they work so well. Music is great and with the noise cancelling, you hear so so much! Love them bunches!

It's great just as earbuds. It pairs well with my Samsung phone and iPad and almost anything else. Only disappointed it doesn't pair with my Samsung smart TV when I follow the directions. It is visible but always fails to pair. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Got the buds 2pro in white. Everything was plastic and hollow, didn't really feel like a premium product. No rubber feeling like the bora purple has. Sound and anc is good when it fits in my ears, usually falls out although that probably my problem. Overall not too happy for price. If it's little cheaper it's good.

decent, but could use some improvements

i decided to buy the buds for their ability to translate conversations. what samsung doesn't clearly advertise is that 1) this only works on some galaxy phones, and 2) most importantly, translation only works on an active call. from the advert, it seemed like you can just put the buds in, and hear people around you who talk in their native language, for exemple if you're traveling. also, i feel like my previous buds pro fit better. lastly, if im paying you money for something, let me decide how loud i want the volume.

They don't sell replacement parts

I lost my case, and there was no option to buy a replacement case. The support person told me I couldn't use an aftermarket charger with the earbuds, so I bought a replacement. But then also took a risk and got an aftermarket charger for my original earbuds. The aftermarket charger worked perfectly. I wouldn't buy these again due to lack of replacement pieces, which is wasteful and distasteful upselling. The sound is good.

Great ear buds!

These ear buds to me are very great. The sound is a lot better than the headphones I had previously (the one's that came with the Note 9) and even better that the previous buds that I had (first gen). Just one slight downside is that I'd prefer the wingtip thing that seemed like it kept it in your ear; 5 stars regardless though.

Very disappointed

Earbuds fall out all the time and I had to order multiple different tips but nothing seems to work. Also the buds randomly stop playing music for a couple seconds very frequently for how expensive they are you would think they wouldnt have issues right off the bat.
