Almost perfect

This is almost perfect. My primary complaints are that the "okay Google" feature does not even come close to reliably working, and when it does it cannot find half of my contacts. Further, the case is covered in a soft touch coating, which will eventually wear off and leave shiny spots (I actually just covered it on a Spigen though armor to prevent this). Now onto the good stuff: audio quality is top notch, and the features are pretty neat when they work. It does take a second or so for them to recognize that someone is talking to me, then tones itself down. The translating feature requires that you use their translator app. The fitment is great, i do not seem to get as sweaty in the ears with these compared to my last set of Galaxy Buds, gen 1 that these replaced.

Very good earbuds.....after 18 days of usage

Although it is too soon to tell, i thought these earbuds are great in the following areas. Bluetooth connection with my phone was very responsive, easy discovery and and fast connection. The sound quality is excellent, even when the phone is 20ft away from the earbuds. What remains to be known is the battery life and the longevity of the earbuds.

I love these! I used to have the Galaxy Buds Live and I liked them but they'd dislodge when I laughed or smiled too much and shoving them back in my ear wad irritating and would often disconnect my call, or I'd have to turn off touch, it was too much. These pro buds fit perfectly, don't irritate my ears, fit nicer, AND don't bother my conch piercing!

Playlist forwarding not working.

I'm concerned with these in that when I do a "double tap" to forward the play list, these are not responding. Other than that they sound great and are comfortable to wear. I have an old set of these and this function works perfectly. Did you change this function with the most recent upgrade?

Excellent sound quality, high end materials and comfortable fit are the standout features of these outstanding ear buds. Love these so why not 5 stars? The ambient feature is great for safety around you. While jogging you can still enjoy your music while staying alert to people around you, cars if they are approaching etc AWESOME feature but at a cost. After turning this feature on, the buds only lasted me about 2 hours. I recharged and the same, 2.5 hours. So If I was on a long flight and turned on the other feature, noise canceling, that means I would only have my pods for 25% of the flight? NOT SATISFIED AT ALL WITH THIS. I am forced to use wired noise canceling headphones.

Great buds! Stay in the ear a lot better than the old pros. Size is smaller and more streamlined. Sound quality is also amazing which should be expected at this price point. Noise cancellation is excellent. It still allows a little sound it but that is good so you are still aware of your surroundings, which is very important.
