I love these! I used to have the Galaxy Buds Live and I liked them but they'd dislodge when I laughed or smiled too much and shoving them back in my ear wad irritating and would often disconnect my call, or I'd have to turn off touch, it was too much. These pro buds fit perfectly, don't irritate my ears, fit nicer, AND don't bother my conch piercing!

The sound quality is excellent. The ANC is pretty good as well. The only thing I don't like about them is that if you do remove them from your ears to talk to someone, the sound starts playing through your phone's speakers instead of through the earbuds. This is very annoying and has no way of changing that in the settings that I can find. Sometimes you don't want the other person to hear what you're listening to, especially in a quiet environment. Samsung should really make this an option in the app. You make it to where the sound is subdued if you start speaking (not if another person starts the conversation), but sometimes you want to completely focus in a conversation and this hinders things. I would've given them 5 stars if not for this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] last year I bought the Galaxy Pros and I loved them. they sounded great and the ANC really worked. Anyways obviously I wanted the new ones so Finally just got them on sale. i seen alot of negative reviews and im not sure as to why. the pro 2s fit way better in my ear the the pros. the pros are buggerand heavier so its nice they went with a lighter design. i love these earbuds. if you like samsung products. I highly suggest getting these.

At first I was nervous bc one of the ear buds popped out while gardening on the first day I received them. I finally found the extra ear pieces and changed sizes and now I'm good. I like that I can talk on the phone so easily with these and still know whats happening around me.

This is almost perfect. My primary complaints are that the "okay Google" feature does not even come close to reliably working, and when it does it cannot find half of my contacts. Further, the case is covered in a soft touch coating, which will eventually wear off and leave shiny spots (I actually just covered it on a Spigen though armor to prevent this). Now onto the good stuff: audio quality is top notch, and the features are pretty neat when they work. It does take a second or so for them to recognize that someone is talking to me, then tones itself down. The translating feature requires that you use their translator app. The fitment is great, i do not seem to get as sweaty in the ears with these compared to my last set of Galaxy Buds, gen 1 that these replaced.

These earbuds come with three different size fittings. The medium size worked best for me holding firmly in my ears. Sound is great and they offer a lot of sound tuning options. one example; when I turn my head.It changes the direction of the sound.

I love the earbuds functionality however I wish I could use both of them bc the left pod will not stay in my ear for some reason. I tried changing the gummy earpiece however all of the extra pieces are too big for my ear. If I had a smaller one I am sure it will not fall out. So I am half satisfied with the product. I wish I could purchase what I need.

I made the mistake of going with a low cost pair of Bluetooth earbuds from a third-party manufacturer. They were unsatisfactory, to put it kindly. I finally ordered the Galaxy Buds2 Pro and they are worth every penny. They synced up with my Galaxy phone as soon as I opened the charging case using the Wearable app, and connect reliably every time. My old earbuds would lose connection between themselves, and oftentimes between the source device and one or both buds. Buds2 Pro keeps a strong connection in all ways throughout the recommended distance range. The sound is clear, well balanced, and the assortment of EQ settings helps to fit the profile to your taste. Battery life is long enough for me, but some others who need more than 8 hours of playback might opt for something else. The seal from the silicone tips is good, and even with ANC off, outside noise is greatly isolated. When engaged, ANC works superbly. The seal test performed on the Wearable app helps choose the correct size to enable an optimal fit. Ambient mode works as described, and setting the buds to engage it when your voice is detected makes conversations a lot easier than having to pause playback or remove a bud completely. If I have one gripe, it is that the tips tend to moisten in an ear canal after a period of use that makes them prone to slide out. Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase and mad at myself for not buying them sooner.

Ordered these to replace the galaxy buds 2 I recently misplaced. I must say these are solid, great sound, the fit is comfortable and overall quality seems good. Connected instantly with my phone. I must say samsung continues to outdo themselves with these improvements.

The sound and comfort of these earbuds is excellent. I only wear them to workout and take and occasional call but they function flawlessly. They have never fallen out either as some others have stated. I will say the FE model maybe a touch more secure but the better sound is easily worth that small or non-existent trade off. Battery life seems great but I never tested it. 4 or 5 hour and a half sessions and case still had a green light. What more can you ask for.
