One of the tails was not good. When cooked via sous vide, it turned into a pile of mush. 3/4 were fine, all cooked in the same sous vide bag.

We made lobster rolls with top cut buns ,The meat was very tasty , you need a good pair of scissors to help with the removal of the meat , Cutting both the front and back .Depending on if you are making boston or New England style rolls, they will make 3 or 4 lobster rolls easly
