I'm sure it was just the pack that I picked up, but the underside was dark and the texture was mushy in half of the tails. Really disappointing, but I guess I'll just have to buy fresh from now on.

One of the lobster tails was completely green and we had to throw it away. Our NYE dinner had to be adjusted because we only had enough lobster for three of us.

Green Lobster

Lobster can be rather pricey, but if you are like me, you just have to spend the money.  The lobster was really good.  The meat had the right texture which is good especially since it was previously frozen.  Definitely a big hit at our family cookout.
