We got 2 out for Valentine’s Day. The first was as expected. The second was missing most of the meat and what was present was pasty in texture. Possibly rotten when packaged. Too expensive for the gamble of food poisoning. My wife threw it away before I could get a picture. I had noticed on the grill, that particular tail turned more black in color on the grill instead of all red.

I ordered this a few years ago and they were the sweetest lobster tail I've ever tasted. This time they were good in texture but not super sweet. Still, it's my once-a-year treat and I'm going to keep it! A quick broil with melted lemon butter and YUM.
