[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is great. It's very quiet, can't even tell it's running. I love being able to manage it from my phone and the dishes are always clean. The delicate mode is nice as we can put our hand wash china in there with no issues.

If RXO is your carrier for delivery and installation, you should never buy this from Sam’s club. I purchased this dishwasher on 08/28/2024 on Sam’s club website because they offered free delivery, installation plus parts, and a haul-away. On the first visit, the technician didn’t bring the parts for installation (a power cord and water lines). They just left a dishwasher and asked me to reschedule the remaining services. It took me 5 days and multiple phone calls to reschedule the incomplete services. Finally, the second visit for the installation was rescheduled for 11am-3 pm on 09/20/2024. But, RXO failed to add the haul-away for the work order. I had to call RXO again. RXO refused to combine the installation and the haul-away on the same day. They instructed me to reschedule the haul-away separately. On the second scheduled service day, I discovered that RXO updated my service status to “unable to perform” just an hour and 20 minutes before the appointment window. This time the technician went to the wrong house at the wrong time. I immediately called RXO since they visited the wrong house less than 20 minutes ago. But, they didn’t help me contact the technician to revisit my house during the original appointment window. Instead, they told me to reschedule the installation for three days later. When RXO was trying to reschedule the installation for the third visit, I was still waiting to be contacted for the separate haul-away scheduling. If RXO is your carrier, you’ll never have your new dishwasher delivered and installed and an old one hauled away on the same day. RXO offered me zero customer service. They never called me back after telling me someone would get back to me. I initiated the return process of this dishwasher. Now I have to wait again for RXO to schedule the pick-up. Sam’s Club needs to find a better carrier.

Purchased this dishwasher a couple years ago. At first jt was great, very quiet. But after a few uses it was obvious that unless you clean the dishes prior, it doesn't clean the dishes. It leaves the dishes actually wet (dripping). My husband has tried everything to look into making it work to actually clean and dry dishes but there is no use. Frustrating since this isn't a cheap purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very satisfied with the product. The pop open feature of the dry cycle helps finish a more complete drying of the dishes. The ability to adjust the middle rack helps accomodate different sizes of dishes.

Along with the Gas range, the dishwasher broke twice within a year of purchase. I purchased a Bosch dishwasher and replaced it despite having Care Plus warranty service. I don't find it reliable. I would not recommend a Samsung appliance to anyone. Samsung is not a reliable appliance company for American families. Please do your research and choose another manufacturer, American if possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely quiet! Dishwasher has multiple settings to manage most dish cleaning situations. Good coverage to all areas of the racks. Third rack is especially useful so cooking utensils do not consume valuable dish/glass rack space.

Bought this new/used . Works excellent ! It’s so very quiet and washes spotless. I really like the third utensils too drawer .
